I booked the hotel based on the reviews that other hotels in Tokyo are all very small. I was worried about the distance to the Tokyo metropolitan area.
When I arrived, not only was I pleasantly surprised by the size and elegant decoration of the room, the hotel was really at the doorstep of Yurikamome station. It was also close to lovely night view and many shopping areas.
I would definitely highly recommend it.
Good location when attending events at Tokyo Big Sight and easy access to Odaiba. Room is tiny which is to be of expected for a business type hotel but quite clean and comes with a humidifier and foot massager which was a surprise. 24h 2nd floor Lawson konbini is very convenient. One problem is the rooms are very hot even with the heat turned off.
Not luxurious by any means though, but if you are using the room to sleep in and shower in the morning it gets the job done. Room was very small, which is expected in Tokyo, but it had all of the basic requirements. Bathroom was tiny as well - almost like an enlarged airplane bathroom plus a shower. Ideal for a quick night stay if moving around or for business travellers.

Don't know about the "four star" rating of this place. Perhaps it's gleaned from the more spacious rooms of the "apartment." The studios are "sold" as rooms that could accompany one or two guests, but, it should really be emphasized that it is definitely, without a doubt, for one and only one person.
Also, if you stay for a prolonged period of time (we stayed for ten nights), "room cleaning" occurs only ONCE during your visit AND amenities are NOT included. Amenities are available for PURCHASE, of course. Not quite the service one expects from a "four star" site.
The staff was excellent. Not quite a complete understanding of the English language, but, very fluent for basic information and direction.
As mentioned, room cleanliness is much dependent on the guest rather than the hotel staff. If you tend to need the place cleaned daily, you can pay extra for the service OR stay at another hotel.
A popular spot on Tokyo Bay, this manmade island is known for its shops, museums, and arcades, along with the city’s largest stretch of beach. Connected to the city by the Yurikamome monorail from Shimbashi, its main attractions include Rainbow Bridge, Fuji Television, and the Flame of Liberty statue.
