“Not Impressed”

We paid for a suite, which we did not recieve. Times for the continental breakfast were incorrectly posted and the staff was rude when we went down to eat when we thought they were still serving. It is in a terrible part of town. If you are just passing through on I75 then it works for the night. Not for a week. Will not be returning.

Area recommendations

Silver Springs, a much cleaner part of town with a much more plesant atmosphere. It is also closer to everything.

“STAY~ AWAY!!!!!!”

This ia an old motel that has NOTbeen refurbished since the 1970's. In very bad repair, broken tile in bathroom, water spots on ceiling, carpet filthy, beds lumpy, running toilet , VERY BAD section of town, everything unsanitary, Ugh! DO NOT book this property.

“needs updating”

The commode did not work and the air conditioner did not work. We called the front desk and they did take care of it and everything worked.

“Bargain for the Bucks!”

This is a great bargain for the money, older but clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and polite! Booked thru Expedia with quick no hassle late night check in. Very handy location to I75 and Hwy 40. Breakfast was well stocked, even late and had a variety of fruit as well as the usual. Have stayed here on 2 visits and will stay again. Waffle House right across the street for 24 hour hunger.

NW side it's where all the horse events are. The homes in this area are fantastic. I have been thru all of Ocala and I really enjoy the city. That is why I am purchasing a winter home here.

“Perfect central location”

If you are looking to be in the Ocala / Gainesville area this hotel was conveniently located next to 75 and restaurants. Perfect for visiting colleges in the Gainesville area and spending a day in Orlando.

“Nice enough to return again”

Desk clerk very nice with a wonderful sense of humor. Room not elegant but certainly pleasant for our stay. We would return again.

“You got what you paid for.”

It was perfect for my situation. I only spent the evenings in the room and it was close to the 1-5. Away from the main area so little quieter which was nice. It was nice to have your own fridge too.
