Nice view

Pros: Nice view of water.
Cons: Plumbing (shower) & cleanliness
Did not have a very pleasant experience at the hotel.

Bad experience!

It was terrible, booked a room for a non smoking guest and was booked into a smoking room/floor. When I asked the front desk to change rooms I was told that they were booked and could not do it. I don't understand why id be given the option to book non smoking if they are going to throw you in any room. I had a hard time sleeping, cleanliness of the room was questionable, everything wreaked of smoke, and my allergies were acting up all day. I would avoid this place if possible

Beautiful setting with a "hint" of curry

Although my scores don't reflect, this hotel is a GREAT deal!!! A BEAUTIFUL setting right on the marina. My only complaint was a VERY strong curry odor in the room. VERY STRONG. The windows were left open in a failed attempt to air out the room. Good thing I don't mind curry,,,,,,

This hotel worked perfect for my situation. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, that's why I gave it an average rating. I really wish hotels wouldn't use florescent lighting! I had it in the kitchenette area. Makes it seem cheap. All in all it was a decent room for the money.

Dirty hotel

When I walked into the hotel, the lobby floor was dirty with what looked like a ripped up plastic bag scattered. The first room I was given was smoking and I don't smoke! The second room smelled like dog, there was black hair on the sink and in the bed!! Disgusting and would never stay there again!!!

Really nice room and employees. Wish there was more for breakfast than grabola bars. Also, when booking my room and checking in i was told the room was never available. Just a suggestion so in the future theres no mix ups.

Less than average and fairly dirty

I needed to stay in the area one night for business. The price was very competitive in comparison to near by hotels and there was little availability elsewhere. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm, and the service was less than average. I found the room to be gross, the bed uncomfortable, and every cable TV channel was fuzzy.

A decent place to stay if you're working here

This is just a decent place to stay when you are working in the Alameda area. Lots of contractors stay there and for good reason. But the towels are thin and the amenities spartan. Otherwise the place is clean and well priced.
