Booked a room 1 week prior to our trip to Yosemite, didn't know what to expect but price was right. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the grounds were and the room was better than we expected. It posted continental breakfast but wow, we got a full breakfast, that's a great money saver with 2 teenage boys!!
Hotel was very easy to find, Staff very friendly, morning breakfast 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. items were consistent with other Hotels we've stay at (items were fresh). Hotel attendant's refreshed items (there were many guests in the morning) towards 11:00 a.m. items were fresh. The room / bed were clean. Including a nice micro-wave, fridge and a desk (can call this a mini-suit) shower/tub / towels / flooring were clean). Check In Lady was very helpful, including new areas towards Yosemite and Bass Lake. Our experience was excellent and we would stay again. The swimming pool 3 ft to 5 ft we saw guests enjoying.
My wife and I decided to try 'another' B&B since our only experiences were not that great. Bruce and Lori define what my image of a B&B should be. Watching the way they seamlessly made everyone feel like a special guest was very interesting to my wife and myself. The sign that says 'enter as a guest and leave as a friend' is not just a tagline for this B&B and we were as comfortable as we would have been back home staying with friends. We also were given an invitation to meet 'Guido' :), who was turning 60, his wife and other wonderfull folks. This invitation led to a terrifically enjoyable evening. Thanks to Bruce and Lori for this opportunity and for a spotless and very comfortable room, as well as, a varied and delicious breakfast every morning. As a huge Ansel Adams fan, the information Lori provided for our forays into Yosemite were professional guide level and accurate to the last detail. We will be going back and would not hesitate in recommending their wonderful place.
