Very centralized

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Pros: Location and modernization of room.
Cons: Bathroom could be bigger.
Location: Excellent location within 10-15 minutes of major Nashville attractions! Everything from Broadway/Music Row, Country Music Hall of Fame, Grand Ole Opry
The room was a little smaller than what I was expecting. We were facing the interstate but never were really bothered by it. The room itself was very nice but the bathroom could've been bigger but great space for the value! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was only 10-15 minutes away from all the major attractions that Nashville has to offer! We also attended a concert at Vanderbilt University while there and it was great to have such a short drive to and from there to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here and would return if we ever revisited Nashville!

Nice Upgrades but Disappointing Area

Posted 20-Jul-2015
Pros: Pet friendly VERY nice and modern renovations, many electrical outlets and the direct tv provide plenty of basic options, true nonsmoking rooms
Cons: parking lot which is narrow and needs repaving. business center with at least printer available and larger bathroom
Location: Opry Mills Mall about 15 min drive away, 20 min drive from downtown, across from a shopping plaza with shopping options
The staff was pleasing and cordial upon arrival. I was in town for a seminar so I did not interact much after that. I return about 5:30 each day with a refreshed room of bed and towels. The renovations were very nice. This could be a pleasing place to stay if you are looking to just sleep but the area is questionable and loud. I-65 sits directly behind the facility and there is a small steel mill across the street. All night we heard interstate traffic noise, loud trucks starting up, loading equipment, and breaking. The surrounding is similar to an industrial area. Also, the parking lot is small and narrow with lots of work trucks (F2/350), extended trailers. Lots of male construction workers were residents during the time of my stay so they were in the walk way alot since rooms were non smoking

Torn drapes, stained bedspreads, very noisy location! Glad my husband was with me... I wouldn't have felt comfortable checking in by myself.

Clean hotel close to the highway

Posted 26-Jun-2015
The rooms are updated and very clean. We were close the the highway which was great for sight seeing with out paying the downtown Nashville prices. The only negative for us was how tight the parking lot was.

They upgraded the rooms

Posted 19-Jun-2015
I stay there a lot because when we go out in Nashville because it is cheap and very close to my wife's workplace. We usually get to the hotel room, get ready to go out, catch a cab, come back when we are done, go to sleep, and then get up and go in the morning. It works perfectly for that. I kept hearing that they had renovated the rooms, but never noticed any difference til this stay. I don't know if this is what all the rooms will eventually look like or if this was a special room or something. The yucky carpet was gone, replaced with a wood floor. There was a fridge and microwave in the room for the first time. The bed was extra comfortable. Hopefully their rates wont go up to high now.

Comfortable enough

Posted 13-Jun-2015
Pros: Close to my work, decent area, nice staff.
Cons: Breakfast, update the bathroom.
Location: Not real sure had to work.
I stayed at this hotel because it was close to where I was working. A review stated this was ghetto, but it is not. It is near a train yard but I did not see any hobos. Another review stated they have Hot showers - you could boil potatoes in there. Wow! Overall, a nice stay.

You get what you pay for

Location: Waffle house right next door! Short drive on the highway from downtown Nashville.
I didn't think the facilities were up to par. The stay was a little uncomfortable because the room was so damp, even though we had the air on the whole time.
