We will stay here again, they are remodeling, nothing that will interfere or interrupt you. Bathroom was dated, but I’m not living here, it’s a nice place to sleep, shower and head out to explore. Parking and their fees total about ~$80 USD per day so plan that. Overall I base my review on one of two things would I stay here or not again. Yes, I would, 2 adults and Toddler. Eat at Dukes Breakfast and Dinner you won’t regret it! Make reservations for OUTSIDE! It’s a 3 minute walk across the street.

Best hotel location to stay. Sheraton is so close to everything! The Waikiki beach is less than 5 mins away by foot. Super walkable to food and shopping in Waikiki! The hotel itself was a bit outdated but was clean. I've read many reviews about hotels with bedbugs around the area and it's safe to say that I didn't encounter one during my stay. I wasn't expecting to have housekeeping service, so it was a nice surpise to come back to a fully stocked room plus free water bottles. Elevators can be a bit slow at times. I didn't use any of their amenities so I can't say anything about it. Besedies the pool, which was a bit too cold. It is december and a bit windy o im guessing during summer is best. Lots of pool chairs and good towels. I don't know why this place doesn't have more stars!!! I loved it here. Friendly staff. Location was perfect. Not to mention the views!!!! I'm coming back here next time for sure!!

Right in the middle of Waikiki. Everything in walking distance. House Keeping was helpful and very friendly. The spirit of Aloha is here. Now you can laugh out loud, you have to keep to aloha.

“Read the fine print”
The stay was good but ruined by the fact they had hidden charges that we had to pay even when we did not use them. The Manager was the most unhelpful and rudest individual I have ever come across, (told me rudely I should have read the fine print) it is a good thing the staff were the opposite. We certainly would think twice of ever staying here again.

When we first stayed at this hotel 49 years ago it was impressive. Today it is just tired and pokey. Noisy all day and night from traffic, buskers and the hotel's own dance DJs near the pool. After several visits over the years, time to move. Do not recommend.

Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is very affordable for being so close to beach, shopping and restaurants. It is walkable to every place of interest in Waikiki.

Was not happy with the resort fee attached to bill after I checked in. Why was it not part of initial bill? The water in room was brown when you first turned it on. Also, very low pressure in middle of night. Lastly security should keep the male prostitute that was around away from pool entrance. He was there at 8:00 in morning.

The supposed included continental breakfast is nothing more than fruits and an egg. Parking is not free. It's 45$ per night and there are no elevators inside the parking lot of 7 floors. Staff is friendly and nice. The Splash Bar is a little expensive, but otherwise it's fine. Make sure you factor the daily resort fee before choosing this location. Prestine location right beside Waikiki beach, barely 5 mins walk. It gets very loud at night, due to its proximity to the main street. Walls are paper thin, you will hear both your neighbors.
