This property is very well located. Easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. our partial ocean view was okay. The view was beautiful, but the room itself is an old fancy. Our coffee maker didn’t work, even after they exchanged for another one. The person who brought the second coffee maker told me I wasn’t putting enough water in it which was not the case. I know how to use a Keurig. Anyway, overall it was a nice stay.

Great spot in the middle of Waikiki. Had a great room. Dukes and Hula Grill had a variety of dishes and the buffet breakfast was very good. Had a memorable time. Hope to stay again

I would not return or recommend, other better options nearby. First room we were put in was unacceptable and smelled like urine/smoke. Staff also seemed to be having a perpetual bad day unfortunately.

The staff here is fantastic! From the valet crew, to the bell desk team, the front desk staff and housekeeping. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is great. The rooms are well appointed. The restaurants are great and having a music venue on property was a nice treat! Will definitely be back!

It’s placed in the best location in Waikiki. The staffs are super friendly. They also let us use their pool and towel after we checked out. The only issue was it is a bit noisy even at 11th floor we had to close balcony door all the night.

Had an excellent stay! Staff was excellent with any questions we had and helpful to point us in right direction. Only issue we had was an odor in the room. A musty smell that was there the entire stay. Room was clean, but had an odor, only problem we encountered.

Outrigger resort Waikiki was amazing! You really don’t need anything more than when you stay here. Everything is super convenient. The beach is beautiful sandy and great wading wave, right in the back of the hotel and the lively luxury city is right out front. Staff went above and beyond without being ask and were always so Courteous and friendly. Best vacation ever.

Hotel location is perfect and it’s right on the beach. It was perfect for my 5 years old daughter. Here are some cons though; we were at 10th floor and it was still too noisy- they need better isolated windows. Pool area is too small and they don’t have beach umbrellas which makes it very inconvenient to stay at the pool with a kid. They have a resort fee but not too much to offer with.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. It is located right on the beach and on the main street. Great location for eating, shopping and the beach. There is also facility for washing clothes. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The Outrigger Waikiki has excellent beach access. Chaise lounges with an umbrella are available for hourly or all-day rental on the beach just steps away from the hotel’s pool area. The pool itself is surrounded by ample chaise lounges—some of which have adjustable hoods. The hotel boasts two great restaurants, Duke’s and the Hula Grill—both of which offer views of the beach and ocean. Our room had a partial ocean view which was actually better than we feared and we were quite happy with it. The room was spacious and clean it had a walk-in closet in addition to a standard closet. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Great location , but VIP upgrade was not worth it, ended up right across from the elevator and our partial ocean view was a second floor room that overlooked a dirty flat roof with a leaky pipe running down the side. We had about a 30 degree view of the ocean, and room was a bit worn down

Location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki and still have a pool/beach front access. The hotel had two restaurants, a deli, an ABC store, and a smoothie shop on site which was very convenient throughout the week. The rooms themselves were a bit dated for the price but served their purpose. We were on the 12th floor and even then there was a lot of street noise in the evenings - which is expected with the location. The staff was excellent and a highlight of the stay.

Beach front. The staff were awesome!!! It was very noisy in our room. We could hear all the traffic on the street we could hear the live bands playing at different locations. Just very noisy until after midnight.

Almost $1k in hidden fees charged at the end of the stay after spending almost $1k/night on a room. You would think spending $1k/night it would at least come with complementary valet. Of course not, that was an extra $50/day that you must pay for your entire stay. Way too many fees that should be discussed BEFOREHAND. Felt nickle and dimed for an outdated room and mediocre experience. Probably wouldnt stay there again

The staff were great, and so was the property. One particular waitress, Casey, was beyond wonderful. She is young (about 22 years old). She waited on us on Wednesday, April 10 outside next to the music. She is indeed a wonderful asset to your wait staff. We enjoyed everything about our stay

Being able to walk right onto the beach was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. On the negative side the way rooms are reserved is confusing. We made reservations for ourselves and our sons family and got two different breakfast plans for the stay. It was strange.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved view from our room. Provided us free water bottles to fill up at locations throughout the property. Didn't have to continuously buy bottled water.

I like the direct beach access. The staff is very friendly and helpful The only thing I had issue with is that my room was not serviced. I left at 6am and returned at 2:40pm from an excursion to find my room had not been cleaned. I called and complained. They sent towels up right away and offered to do my room when I called but I was exhausted from the excursion and didn’t want to leave my room again

Excellent location with direct access to beach. Both restaurants were excellent and all staff very friendly. Even though we had a city view room, it still had a partial view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Pool area is small, but we only wanted to be on the beach anyways. The one negative is the high cost of getting an umbrella and or lounger. Way too expensive. We laid out on the beach sand every day.

great beach, helpful staff, Parking was confusing at first, and the elevator situation can be challenging at high traffic times. Overall, great resort and was great for a last-minute spring break trip.

Great experience everything you need ia close to hotel. Dont have to take toura you can lyft or uber for cheap all across the island and experience everything for a fraction of the price of tours. Or get a car with HUI and drive yourself. The Outrigger had everything we need clean rooms and great spot with liveliness all over. Beach at hotel is nice and has two on premise restaurants. Very clean and polite. Only wiah it had some evening adult activities

The room we stayed in (room 429) was very loud when sitting on the balcony. There are AC units and other fans underneath making hissing sound throughout the days. Sound can be heard in the room even with the sliding door closed. Other than that, everything else is good. Staff is friendly and hotel is in good location. Beach on one side and International Market Place is across the street. Two good food restaurants, but pricey, are on the property. Good thing the IMP and Kuhio street is close by.

I like everything about this property. Easy access to surrounding. No car requires. Lots of restaurants / dining options around with a walking distance... Good front desk services. We received our room several hours before cheking time which allow us to enjoy the beach as much as we could. It is too busy. I love it , but some people don't. So if you like quiet places think twice before going there...

Iconic Outrigger Hotel with Duke’s restaurant is perfectly centered in Waikiki beach- walkable to everything. White Hotel is not the fanciest it’s the best located near shopping, prime position on beach and next to The famous Pink Palace Hotel! Definitely recommend it.
