“Best location in Waikiki!!”
Right on the beach. In the main street of Waikiki with easy access to shopping and transport and just to be part of the vibe of the place.
“"In the thick of it"”
This hotel is in a prime location and is an oasis in the madness of Waikiki. Under the banyan tree in the courtyard facing the beach is beautiful and a lovely spot to watch the sunset. The bath rooms could do with an upgrade and the bedroom carpet in our room needed cleaning or replacing. However I would certainly stay there again.
“Pretty hotel”
The location is very convenient. The front desk and service is also very nice. The hotel is unique, and beautiful. Beach is in walking distance. Kids really enjoy it. The basement has self laundry machine, which is very helpful. So many couples went there to take wedding pictures. It could be very crowded. We are fine with this. Will come back again if we go to Hawaii next time.
“"Truly Amazing"”
This hotel was great. The staff was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The location can't be beat.
“beachfront”
great location
“Ok but...”
Was a decent stay overall. They have a great spa service in the resort however it can get quite expensive. A standard 50min massage will cost you $150.00. if you are goin with a travel card, be sure to have plenty of money in the account as they hold a large amount as a security deposit. They didn't tell us this and we ran out of US dollars. The restaurant is great and the service is perfect with free American style coffee but again it can be quite expensive. Four small blueberry pancakes can cost $30 at breakfast or a main for dinner can cost about $40. If you have an issue, it's hard to speak to a manager and then they don't get back to you. Location is spectacular. Can't get any better. We were on our honeymoon here. We wouldn't recommend it to newly weds but if you have the money and just want a holiday this is a good place to stay.
“Absolutely loved our stay”
I was impressed by this hotel and its staff. The hotel is centered in the middle of Waikiki beach so everything is a walking distance away. The rooms are spacious, and clean. The bed is VERY comfortable - the pillows are supportive, the linens feel soft, and the comforter is fluffy. The part that stood out the most about this hotel, however, is the service. The staff is extremely professional and they will go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay. I'm already looking forward to my next stay here.
“Good hotel”
Reps were really helpful at the hotel and moved us to a bigger room per our request. Thanks.
“Nice short break”
Great hotel in good location, will definately go back.
“Delightful blend of traditional and modern/efficient hotel”
Spent four days relaxing in a garden beachside bar under a huge banyan tree reading and sipping exotic cocktails as one would have been doing a century ago! Perfect service, arrived earlier than the room availability time , but was given the temporary use of a hospitality room with shower, telephone etc. until room available. Great breakfasts on the terrace and good live music- even if it tended to continue a bit late at night. Recommend this hotel 100%.
