Excellant staff. Easy checkin. Kitchen stocked well with pots and pans (not the scratced up teflon ones). Clean bedding and bathroom facilities. My only complaint is it was a noisy room. Why would I come back? You can put earplugs in if you have a heavy sleeping companion. Or request a room on the ocean front. Having stayed in Waikiki many times, it was faster and easier to get to the beach than one of the high rises on the main drag. They have free rental of beach chairs and such. Healthy places to eat nearby, if you're so inclined. Can walk to biweekly farmers market two blocks away on Tues/thurs.

The Staff was outstanding, curtious and pleasant on all shifts. The staff that were offering us the best service during our stay was day shift and evening shifts. Dexter, Jazmaine, Chelsea and all staff. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
I really like how the room is so simple yet has all the necessary things to make me feel comfortable and at home!(: I am most likely going to be stayin here again very soon! The laundry rooms are clean and the washers & dryers actually do their job.. For a reasonable price! Can't wait to come back!
I've stayed here twice this year and have been pleased with both of my stays. The rooms are a bit small but are clean and the city & ocean views are amazing. The hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, night clubs and bars as well as love entertainment. All within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying a week or less.
