“Nice Hotel, Great Location”
Clean, friendly service, great location, walking distance to the beach that summs it all
“Amazing place and amazing people”

“What? $12 to use a wine glass!!”
I can't believe when you are paying this much for a hotel they try and charge you $12 for the privilege of getting and using a wine glass! Room service was ridiculously over priced once you added on all the extra charges! On the positive side we were allowed to check in at 10.00am which was great as we had just disembarked from the Pride of America cruise ship. Trish
“Great stay at great Wakkiki Hotel”
Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful nice pools and awesome location. Just a brief walk to the main street of Waikiki and the beach just outside the hotel. The hotel is huge but is broken up in 4 different towers, so that helps. You do have to pay for parking ($25 per day self park) but you have to pay no matter were you stay in Waikiki.
“Hawaii 2011”
All in all it was good. I booked an ocean view and got more of a marina view about 90 degrees off from the expected. Problems with internet service and hot water.
“Best place we've ever stayed!”
We had a wonderful relaxing vacation due to the comfortable and beautiful atmosphere. Just what we visualized Hawaii to be. Thank you Hilton!
“Overpriced comfort”
Hotel was clean, guest services personnel were friendly and professional. No microwaves in room. For the price paid per night it should have been nicer. Food was even more expensive!
“Great hotel, great location”
The hotel was located in a great area. It is beach front property. Shopping and dinning on site. If this is a trip to relax no need to leave the hotel area.
“hosptiality a plus (A+)”
We were very surprised and happy with the amenity that the Hilton offered for visitors who checked out at 11 and didn't have airline connections until later in the day. They offer a reserved hospitality room for guest to clean up and get ready to leave the property. This was a welcomed opportunity for us with our travel plans. They went above and beyond for our stay with an accessible room for one in our travel group. We were all very satisfied with our stay there.
“Great!”
Loved it and the animals (penguins, flamingos), beach access and views added a lot to our trip to Oahu!
