From the minute we stepped through the door we were treated like VIP's!
This was the last stop on our Honeymoon and our first trip to Hawaii. We took a lot of time to choose this Hotel and compared many on Waikiki Beach and we are so glad we chose this Hotel!
The pictures don't do it justice and we were very impressed when we arrived. The Hotel is well located and only a short walk from the beach.
The best part about the Hotel though was the staff! A massive thank you to Brian and Ezra for making us feel so Welcome and for the all the extra touches!
I had my Birthday at the hotel as well as it being our Honeymoon and we were treated like VIPs!
We would definitely come back and the only shame is that it is so far from London!
As a young(ish) couple we explored Waikiki beach and there were lots of places to eat. Not too many bars to drink in however. Only disappointment was there weren't any actual bars on the sand, Also there was a surprising amount of homeless people in and around the beach while not threating was unusual for such a high profile tourist area.
A much more upmarket and shopping oriented area and different to what we expected of Hawaii.
love the hotel, staff was very helpful. valet and bell hop is only friendly if they feel you have money. we were greeted with a lei and everyone was nice and no complaints about them for us, but our daughter who lives at the north shore has a jalopy car was basically ignored. we go to this hotel every year, and get 2 rooms. you can't judge people by the car they drive, especially in hawaii
Our second annual vacay at the Aston Waikiki Banyan. Perfect for our family of five. All of our needs were met above and beyond our expectations!!! We are already looking forward to going back next year!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 3 nights at Renew. While the hotel is smaller than it's pears at 9 floors with approx 9 rooms per floor this allowed you to get to know the staff well with them remembering your name. The room was great, lovely and clean and quiet. The hotel had a good review and represents great value.
