this hotel was very good in terms of many things. on the first floor you have ABC store so you can buy most of the things you need there. people at reception were also nice and helpful and check-in and out were very smooth. it depends on the room you get but since this hotel is very close to the ocean, you will see nice ocean view. for transportation, you have THE BUS stop in front of the hotel so very convinient. room is clean and confortable. if i can come back to waikiki, i would use the same hotel next time as well.
The location being at the end of the strip next to Kapiolani Park is great. Public tennis courts are just down the street, beach volleyball is available most days (bring your own volleyball), great snorkeling and surfing across the street and then the shopping and restaurants are right there. Hotel parking is pricey ($25/day) but free parking on the street can be found nearby. Hotel provides beach towel and chair which is a nice bonus. The rooms are clean but quite small. The hotel lobby is beautiful and an excellent place to relax and hang out.
This place is amazing. The staff are polished and professional at all times. The concierge, Lisa, is a real pro. The rooms are spotless, and the en-suite kitchens, replete with granite counter tops, viking ranges, refrigerator and microwave, allow you to buy a few groceries, and save big money on room service. The complimentary beach bags with towels, waters, snacks…and the amazingly flexible check-out time (capacity dependent) make this the perfect resort experience when in Honolulu. Literally across the street from the beach, and from every boutique shop known to man, complete the package!
Surprised the kids with a trip to Hawaii and Aulani!! I was upgraded to a partial ocean view, it was a beautiful view of the ocean and mountain side. Kids loved the 3 different pools and Autie's Beach house( which gave mom and dad some alone time). Rented some of the ocean equipment was fun. Kids did not want to leave the hotel after all of the things they could do. Each day there is a activity sheet for all to see. Highly recommend to stay here if you have a family that likes to have fun. Kids are 9 and 5 at the time of the trip.
room is a little bit small, but the location is excellent. private beach was so cool!! Moana Spa was like a heaven ♥ I staied of my wedding. But therer was like the Japanese joint wedding ceremony meeting place ww
