“Not Impressed”
Well it's not bed after all hed litle isue with A/C
“A Great Place to Stay!”
The Aqua Palms & Spa was a great place to stay. The room was large, the furnishings comfortable with the exception of the chair at the desk. It was not a true desk chair and was not comfortable when working on a computer. The hide a bed, which we used each night was also not super comfortable though the bed was excellent. Staff were very gracious and eager to help and did provide excellent service. The location was great, within walking distance to many locations. A good buy for the money. It was so convient to have an Expedia desk in the hotel and the staff went out of their way to assist us.
“Great quality for the price!”
Finally, a hotel with all the needs included! Clean room, very friendly employees, free wi-fi & easy walking distance to the beach & shopping areas!
“great value for location”
If you are active and only use the hotel as a place to sleep at night, then it's great! The location is right across the street from Hilton Haiwan Village and easy walk to the beach and shops. The front desk staff could have been a little more "customer service" oriented, but overall very friendly.
“Really good considering APEC”
The only reason I did not go with a perfect 5 is because the rooms could use maybe better lighting. At 66 yrs, you need all the light you can get. We truly did enjoy our stay there and will do it again. The staff was very knowlegable and helpful. The only thing bad about the whole trip is that our fearless leader and the rest of APEC were in town.
“Great Hospitality”
The most positive point was how happy and helpful the service was at the hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the maintaince man were very friendly and pleasent. They provide great service during a time when there were many disgruntled tourists due to APEC. The rooms were clean and after doing much research were the most bang for your buck. I would definitely recommend the Aqua Palms and Spa for travellers who are budget consciousness but are wanting something clean and in a great location.
“Average hotel, but OK for money”
Average hotel, OK for money you pay. No breakfast facilities but OK Ihop next door which is good for a quick breakfast, trips massively overpriced in hotel much cheaper to get yourself around!!
“COMFORTABLE MID RANGE HOTEL”
A NICE COMFORTABLE MID RANGE HOTEL. I BOOKED A DIAMOND HEAD VIEW ROOM WHICH ALSO HAD A PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW ON THE 7TH FLOOR. I DID'NT USE THE POOL IT LOOKED NICE THOUGH SMALL. FREE COFFEE IN RECEPTION WAS GREAT AS I DRINK IT BLACK THOUGH OTHER TYPES IN MACHINE ARE $2.00. FREE ICE WATER , APPLES AND DAILY NEWSPAPER. LIFTS ARE A LITTLE SLOW AT BUSY TIMES . NICE ROOM AND LARGE TV WITH MICROWAVE AND COFFEE MACHINE A PLUS. ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE HILTON WITH NICE WALK TO BEACH. QUIETER PART OF WAIKIKI WITH BUS STOPS OUT FRONT. ENJOYED MY STAY.
“Good location”
I went to Hawaii for conference at Hawaii conventional center. The hotel is closed to the Conventional center. In addition, it is closed to shopping center and food court. Nevertheless, you have to walk for a while to go to the sea but it is possible. The staffs are also nice.
“Met Expectations”
Nothing to complain about. The service was excellent and the room was quite clean.
