Very old smelling and our bathroom smelled sour and mildew. There was a consistent water dip in the bath tub. Thankful that they gave us another room. Over priced room, definitely NOT worth $165 a night, $79 at best. An entire renovation is definitely needed.

When pool finally opened I went swimming. Pool was nice and big so I did some laps for about 10 minutes, opened my eyes a handful of times underwater. Got out and proceeded to have the worst chlorine stings to my eyes I have ever experienced. Eyes watering, in pain and could barely see for hours until I fell asleep. Was ok in the morning but it really sucked.

I have been to Honolulu seveal times and by far this was the best hotel that i have stayed at to date. My fiancée was very pleasantly surprised by the property. We definitely will stay there again.

The property is closed to the airport. I found a couple of small cockroaches in the room. It had a bed smell and it was very dusty.

Our flight was diverted and needed a place to stay for the night. the staff was very nice and patient (as there were many guests with the same issue!) Room was clean and quiet.

This hotel was fine for a night before catching our flight. Room was clean. Had a fridge, freezer and microwave. Shuttle was great. Dining options are close. Would stay again.

This property was airport adjacent, which is what I was looking for the rooms were clean and yes they were dated, but they worked well for our purposes and the staff at the front desk was excellent!!

I had a terrible experience to get shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The number given for the shuttle service turned out to be the reservation desk and those very difficult to contact front desk.

Front desk MANAGER night staff on 3/29 VERY POOR ATTITUDE we are locals who DID NOT READ SIGN due to my family coming in and out of the gate wanted to charge us hourly when I thaught I did not need to pay if I WASNT PARKING OVER NIGHT THEY WOULD NOT LET ME OUT the gate AND SAID SHE WOULD CHARGE MY ROOM HOURLY WHICH WOULD BE 50 plus dollars for temporarily parking I did ask if she would let me out and I’d park outside and she still said I need to pay a parking feee Treat us locals with respect we are not tourist especially coming for Dr and A Maui resident 😡😡😡I wish I got her name very terrible

It's near the airport. So if you need to stay close, then it's a great option. That said, the hotel is extremely dated and rundown. That said, the staff is amazing and were incredibly helpful!

Super convenient if need to stay close to the airport. With a lounge and well-stocked store onsite, you don’t have to leave the property of you would like to get some quality rest. Shuttle to/from airport is quite nice too. Definitely recommend.
