We were on the 21st floor with a view of Prague that was "to die for!" Wow! Due to booking issues, we were upgraded to a big 2 room suite with huge windows in each room. We've never stayed in a hotel room with one-and-a-half baths! The rooms were huge and clean, the full bathroom was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was fabulous. There was every kind of breakfast food you could possibly think of, and we were never rushed during breakfast. There are two full service dinner restaurants in the hotel. We dined in both and both were very good. Although the hotel is located apart from the main sections of Prague, there is both a Metro stop and a stop for the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus right across from the hotel entrance. Access to Prague is easy-peasy. And Prague is just breathtaking! We would stay at this hotel again in a heart-beat!
The hotel is a little away from the
town center but with trams near by we had not problems to move around whenever we wanted to - trams are often and very reliable.
The hotel was also very clean and the staff was extremely helpful.
We had a great stay -Thank you!
My sister and I stayed in single rooms at this hotel. These singles had ample space, were clean, quiet and charming.
The staff was very friendly with excellent English and each staff member seemed to express a genuine willingness to be help in any way needed.
The breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate, although heavy on the meat. But, hey, this is the Czech Republic. Breakfast hours began at 8:00. A bit earlier would be preferred, but even with the 8:00 rush, there was plenty of space in the breakfast room to enjoy the meal.
This hotel is not in the heart of the old town, but an easy tram ride away. The tram stops right outside of the hotel with frequent service, and there is a ticket box there as well, so it is very easy to use. I would in no way let the location dissuade you from staying at this hotel.
Overall, i give this hotel a big thumbs up.

"excellent value, fhelpful staff, clean and well lo"
Absolutely excellent value for money. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and close to trams. The only reason for not giving a totall excellent rating on room comfort was that you had to get out of bed to turn off the lights!! I would definitely stay here again.

"Staff were great, easy access using trams, great atmosphere"
Hi If you are looking for a Hilton Hotel you won't stay hee but if you are looking for a great local hotel with traidional feel, really friendly staff, and great continental breakfast then we highly recommend this hotel. We decided we wanted tradional rather than 5 star - so much character - even the lift adds characcter! It really made our stay in Prague memorable.
This is a great hostel! It's typical, rooms are small and there really isn't much in them other than beds a dresser and a table, but the people who work there are SO NICE! They were very helpful and respectful. They all spoke English. The hostel is a little ways from like downtown and stuff but everywhere is very asseciable from this hostel by tram! We had no problems getting anywhere! They clean your room daily and they also clean the bathroom and showers daily as well. It was very clean and the service was great! There is also a complimentary breakfast which is pretty good if you get there right when it opens. They also keep your key for you when you go out and when you come back in you just them them your room number. Another thing I liked a lot is that they remembered who we were! So I wasn't worried about them giving my room key to some stranger! I defintely recommed staying here!
