We went as a group of 5. Amazing
Hotel, with facilities such as spa, tennis courts, large pool, nightly entertainment. On arrival got upgraded to a villa which was luvly surprise, very friendly helpfull staff. Right across from the beach with many water sports. Quiet area at night, Nice relaxing holiday.
I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed at this delightful hotel. Not only does it have some of the most amazing views of any hotel in Bali from its rooftop restaurant it also has amazing rooms. Its definitely one place that still has the Bali smile.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel - the first time was 9 years ago! We were not disappointed - it is a small hotel within walking distance of many restaurants and a shopping village. Bali Collection is only a 5 mins taxi ride away - taxis are available outside the hotel, or it would be about a 20 mins walk. There is also a Balinese restaurant, convenience store and French bakery/coffee shop (attached to the Novotel) across the road from the hotel. The hotel has two pools (not huge) and they were never crowded while we were there for 5 nights. The breakfasts are OK - standard food. The staff were very helpful at all times and were very welcoming. The rooms are big and roomy and so is the bathroom. It is a 4* hotel and good value.
This Sofitel is a little over a year old, consequently the facilities and accommodation are virtually brand new. The Hotel itself is a magnificent structure which affords a huge swimming pool and several suites and villas with their own private swimming pools. The hotel stands adjacent to Nusa Dua Beach with magnificent views. Comfortable King Sized beds (a feature of the Sofitel Hotel Group), fantastic ensuite bathroom...even with a heated seat electronic bidet, rainwater style shower, enormous bath, mini kitchen, full sized refrigerator, well stocked mini bar, beautifully carved wooden dining table, large flat screen TV with plenty of channels in both lounge and bedroom and a very large terrace style balcony make this the ultimate experience for any guest. The local Balinese staff add to this hotel's wonderful ambience. Their attitude is beyond reproach, happy that they can please a visitor, happy that visitors provide employment and think of the Sofitel as their hotel... therefore love to hear visitors' positive comments and praise. The Club Millesime is large and well appointed, and here the staff cannot do enough to make you happy with your visit. After experiencing more than 16 Sofitels around the World, this would have to be one of the best one. If you're visiting Bali, make sure you book this Sofitel any other Hotel can only be second best - Highly recommended

Had an absolutely awesome stay with my partner at Bali Tropic and Spa.
On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who presented us with a mocktail and cold flannelette to cool off. We were then led to our room. Our room had a large bed facing a small tv, a well sized bathroom with a bath and shower large enough to walk around wth alongside a balcony facing other rooms. We found the room to be perfect for us, not too big not too small with all the necessities required for our stay (including air conditioning). The pool was great and not used by many which meant we had the pool to ourselves a few times. Bali tropic and spa also comes with a private beach with tonnes of loungers which we made great use of.
Buffet breakfast had a large selection of both Balinese and western food with an array of fresh fruit, warm food, cereals, eggs, juice, toast (essentially the works). This overlooked the beach and pool and was a lovely place to start the day.
Also to note there is a free shuttle to both a local supermarket (recommend a visit on your first day to get all your water and snacks) and Bali collection (an outdoor mall with lots of places to eat dinner at night).
Overall, I would definitely come back. On a note our door had a little crack in it which let in light (no biggy) and there wasn't much help available in terms of booking tours although we only heard this from another couple as I had already booked our days out.
Thanks for the great stay.
