It was wonderful. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and willing to go the exptra mile. Several things occurred during this trip that made this Comfort Inn stand out. The day before we were to check out my car developed some problems and had to go into the dealership. Needless to say, it wouldn't be ready for two days. We were shuttled back to the hotel and when I spoke with the person at the front desk, extending our stay was absolutely no problem. That was including the fact that they were nearly at capacity for the coming weekend. The second thing that sticks out is while my friend was using the computer in the business center, the manager came in and offered her a bottle of water, then brought one to her. They struck up a conversation on restaurants and discovered there was a local one they both liked. He offered to bring her something back so she said ok, gave him money and an order for two itens. He returned with the items and refused to allow her to pay, returning her money. He insisted that it was his treat. This has never happened at any hotel in which I had stayed.
Nice but the room is a little outdated. The bed was very comfortable though and the room was very clean. Nice spacious bathroom. There was not much available for breakfast but this is an Extended Stay hotel and a kitchen is provided so I understand.
"Nice hotel. Lots of restaurants and stores in area"
Was worried about noise when we were given a room on first floor, behind the elevators, but as surprised how quiet it was. Rooms are nice, nothing fancy, but was comfortable for what we needed. Would have liked if there was a mini fridge in room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a pen or pencil to fill-out the comments card on the desk, but the room, hotel, and staff were exactly what I expected; for all intents and purposes, I was perfectly comfortable the entire weekend (not that I spent a lot of time in the hotel room, as my itinerary was fairly busy with all of my events/activities at the convention).
