“Quiet and Relaxing”

My extended family and I spent two nights in late April at the Hotel Adler. I initially chose the hotel because of it's proximity to Bolzano, the good reviews the hotel received on Trip Advisor and the decent price for rooms in what's one of the most expensive areas in Italy. I must say that we weren't disappointed. The hotel, dating from 1893, is impeccably clean and looks like it's been constantly updated throughout the the years. Even though it's situated right along a main road, we were never bothered by passing traffic. I would also like to point out the service at the hotel. Since this is a family owned operation, there was always someone there in case we needed to ask questions or seek advice. In this vein, I would like to especially commend Werner, the owner's son, for his good tips on dining and things to see. The included breakfast was typical European repast and more than enough to get us started. While we were there it seemed that the few other people that stayed at the hotel were just passing through. However, we will certainly entertain staying at the Hotel Adler next time we go to Bolzano.

“Friendly family-run hotel, beautiful location”

Hotel Adler is a family-run business who puts a very personal touch in the treatment of guests. Our rate included breakfast and dinner; both meals where delicious, but dinner was particularly spectacular. A four-course meal that included typical dishes that were absolutely delicious. The hotel is close to a beautiful lake, and you can hear a river water flowing next the the building. This hotel was a great find!

“Pleasant and cozy family-run hotel”

This is a family-run small hotel nice for winter skiing or summer hiking. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Home-cooked dinner. The staff was very helpful in giving us tips of the surrounding attractions. There are gorgeous hikes and a beautiful lake nearby.

“Great home made carrot cake”

Really friendly hotel in Dolomites. Accomodation and restaurant in a good quality. Home made food, great carrot cake. The internet connection should be better, but the low quality of internet connection is very often in Italy.

“Nice little hotel with a personal touch”

This small hotel is run by a father and son. They were very helpful and friendly and provided us lots of suggestions of some of the lesser known attractions around the area. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and quality. It's a good small hotel if you are on a budget
