Close to the Concert Hall

Posted 06-May-2015
Pros: Value for money and location.
Cons: Check in was a bit manic as the receptionists were having to check which rooms were free for each check in, despite being 2 hours after checking time.
Location: Theatres, concert hall, clubs, restaurants and bars.
We stayed at the hotel as we were going to a concert. It is very good valu for money and very close to bars, restaurants and the shops. We booked onsite parking, which is a little expensive at £12 per night but very convenient. We had not booked breakfast bunt were able to just turn up to the buffet in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were served fresh fired eggs on request. Breakfast was very good value. We would definitely stay here again.

quiet room

Posted 06-Mar-2015
Pros: very central
we had a good clean room, but were near the lift , people coming and going at all hours and banging doors kept us awake, we had asked for a quiet room when booking, that aside the room was clean , fresh and comfortable

Great Stay in Nottingham

Posted 23-Feb-2015 on Hotels.com
We had a lovely Valentine's stay at the Ramada. The location was perfect. Not too far away from the main hub of the city centre but far enough not to be troubled by noise. The hotel is just round the corner from the cinema and quite a number of eateries, including pizza hut, pizza express, harvesters, TGI Friday and quite a few others. The price for the hotel and location were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. And should I visit Nottingham in the near future, I will likely stay here again.

Extremely noisey outside air conditioning units. Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast wonderful. Good price.

Ramada, Nottingham

Staff were very polite and courteous, room was clean, tidy & comfortable. The only downside was the hotel did not have any restaurant service at lunchtimes at the weekend (even though we had a group in excess of 20 people) Car park was very small and not clearly signposted

Good city centre hotel

Posted 10-Jan-2015 on Hotels.com
This hotel is located in Nottingham city centre close to its nightlife and shopping. I stayed here to go to rock city which is a street over. Despite it location, noise is not an issue. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. They would benefit from better lighting though. Bar was reasonably priced. Friendly staff.
