“Excellent hotel, would go back. Couldn't complain about anything.”

Hotel was fine - could not complain about anything. Nice hotel and will return.

“Ideal base for exploring Nottingham city”

As we were only looking for a hotel to base from, this fitted the bill. The room was clean and tidy and had sufficient amenities. Only slight grudge was the expensive bar, both in the room and the restaurant

“Nearly There”

Overall this is a good hotel with friendly staff who try to make you feel welcome not an inconvenience. It is a bit of a hassle finding the nearest car park as the hotel does not have one. However they do have an excellent valet parking service although this does put the cost up quite a bit, nearly half of what we paid for the room. The only gripe about the hotel is although the breakfast is good it would be even better if hot food could have hot plates as by the time you sit down the food is cold. Mind you the outside temp was -9c when we were there so that did not help.

Central Nottingham is full of interesting places too many to mention.

“Park Plaza Nottingham”

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff who found nothing too much trouble. The staff in the breakfast room went that extra mile to ensured your comfort. I am asthmatic and the staff changed the pillows for me as they were feather, without the least trouble. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend anyone to stay there.

Area recommendations

Nottingham has a lot to see from the Castle to the shopping. There are a couple of very old inns which serve really tastey food, particularly Ye Old Trip To Jerusalem.

“Very HighStandard”

Nothing was too much trouble, from the moment we checked in to when we left. Good size rooms with excellent standard of cleanliness. Overall, I rate this hotel very highly and would certainly recommend.

“Everything as expected”

My room was as expected, and the staff from the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant were courteous, professional, and helpful. I had noted something I would be needing on the third day of my stay, and the associate I checked in with and made the request to, saw me on that particular day and asked if my requests had been satisfied. With all the people staying there, I was impressed that she remembered.

This hotel was convenient to the City Center and access to transportation was very good.

“Just don't stay on the first floor - too noisy”

I was visiting Nottingham for the university's open day and was really impressed with the city and realised it was going to be lively at night. However nothing could prepare me for the noise throughout the night from both the street . I think if we had been put on a higher floor it would have been fine but the combination of first floor and corner room which was facing the main road was not good. I had a really bad nights sleep!

“Nottingham location”

Excellent location and within walkable distance to numerous venues. Hotel is modern and very clean. No parking on site but parking garages in area and also valet available. We took advantage of valet and they were very efficient. Hotel was just lovely.
