“ALITTLE DISSAPOINTED”
this hotel was next to the motorway and no shops/cash mashine close by.. I was dissapointed with the wi fi in the public areas didnt work and ended up paying for wi fi in the room.. Room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable.. There is also tea and cofee facilities in the room..
“Excellent family based hotel”
After reading various reviews I was a little nervous about staying in this hotel. On arrival it looked a little shabby, but once I entered the hotel it was exceptionally plesant. We were greated warmly by the receptionist. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and staff where friendly and helpful. Visited the outdoor pool twice and was happy with the facilities. Overall this hotel was excellent for our family holiday and I would highly recomend this hotel if you are looking for a good base to explore the sorrounding areas.

Conveniently placed at J25 of the M1 for doing business in the Derby/Notts area.
“Ideal for my requirements”
I only stayed at the hotel one night as I was competing in a sports event nearby. I just needed a clean room and a bar/bar meal to relax and the hotel was ideal at a decent price. I found the staff very helpful.

“Good location but looking tired”
This hotel is well placed for the M1, but without the noise from which some of those at the side of the motorway suffer. The decor is dated and tired. My room was adequate although wi-fi access didn't work properly which was inconvenient.
“Very comfortable”
I am travelled and stayed in many places within the UK, and this one feels really comfortable just like home. Considering that it isn't far from the city centre, this is very well priced especially inclusive of the breakfast. Very easy to find if you are coming from the M1, as it will be sign posted. But if you are travelling through Long Eaton, there are no signage at all.
“watch the price of the food”
The food at this hotel is very expensive.
