Pros: Location excellent.
We have stayed at the Hilton a few times and always found it to meet our needs. Centrally located hotel within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaraunts. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.

Very central to most bars/clubs but it is run down

Posted 27-Jul-2015
Room was tatty, No free wifi (even buses have free wifi now), TV was unwatchable, Expensive for what was provided. The only good thing was the pool but I could of gone to the Travelodge and public baths for far less.

Hotel needs renovation

Posted 24-Jul-2015
Pros: breakfast
Cons: General renovation required
Location: Not easy to reach by car
The hotel needs renovation. The room was not worth to be called a Hiltion room. Very small and several things in the bathroom were broken. Internet in room only at additional cost, which dissapered in the morning. Reception was overworked. Too less staff. Best feature was the breakfast, where staff was very friendly and the quality was very good.

Pros: Very tasty breakfast and excellent location near shops and entertainment. Rooms well equipped
Location: Near public transport, shops and restaurants also entertainment
Very compact room almost had to crawl over bed to get second person in as Windows was right beside bed.

Taking Liberties

Posted 22-Jun-2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Room size!
Location: Busy city centre
Despite booking and paying for breakfasts in advance, my party were repeatedly advised that breakfast was not included and would be charged as an extra, even after staff had taken a photocopy of the original booking which fortunately I had with me.

Average and ordinary

Posted 21-Jun-2015
Pros: Location was extremely convenient
Cons: Decor was uninspiring and uninteresting. Quintisentially boring hotel. Never the less descent value for money.
Location: Nottingham is quite walkable and the hotel location great for pretty much everywhere.
Nothing really intrinsically or problematically wrong, just ordinary and unispiring.

Served its purpose perfectly

Posted 16-Jun-2015
Pros: Nice big room and great breakfast
Cons: TV signal and shower curtain really loose
Location: Great location if you want to be close to Nottingham City Centre with public parking close by
Stayed for one night as I was working close by. Parked over the road and used the hotel discount as they stamped the card on departure. Quiet clean room although the TV signal wasn't great but watchable. Friendly staff and great breakfast, will stay again no problem.

Would book to stay in this hotel again, great extras with use of the swimming pool and the breakfast was second to none.

Ok-ish

Posted 26-May-2015
Hotel was ok. Staff at reception really friendly but no information given on breakfast, facilities or check out time. Room was a good size but not very modern and quite run down. Housekeeping came in the room at 10am whilst we were sleeping no apologies from reception when told!

Location is key

Posted 03-May-2015
This hotel is in the centre of Nottingham and within walking distance to Market Sq, Lace Market, all restaurants and bars. Decor is slightly dated in the rooms, the double room was very small & the bed seemed smaller than a double bed. For a 1 night stay in Nottingham, it was suffice however for any longer, I would recommend a customer to research properly & maybe book somewhere else. Staff were friendly, no complaints on that part.
