“Impressed”

Very good and clean hotel. No bar in the hotel which is a bit of a let down. There is a Branigans about 50 yards away though. Let down by what looks like a lot of new staff who could not operate the till and then locked it out. Caused a long wait till the manager came off his break and could fix. Overall hotel was very good and would go again. Bar next door not brilliant but would use again.

“Great one-night stay”

Got a great price on a last minute room for one night, was going to a big birthday bash and needed somewhere to stay nearby. To be honest I've stayed in this sort of hotel before and wasn't expecting much, but was actually pleasantly surprised - the room was very spacious, nice big bed, nice and dark at night and it wasn't noisy either. Goos size bathroom with complimentary cosmetics, and breakfast the next day was perfectly palatable - although apparently if you pre-book it the night before it's only £6 rather than £9. That was my only complaint really - there's no cheaper, continental option, you have to pay £9 whatever you eat - quite pricey when all you want is a cup of tea and a croissant. All in all though, I would recommend.

“Lovely!”

It was a lovely hotel - spacious room, nice sky light, large shower. You need to book a table in advance if you want to head to the bar/lounge on site for dinner - but breakfast was great :)

“Pleasant overnight stay”

Hotel we thought was good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in The Grill which was also good value with a nice selection of the usual fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast.

“Ramada Sandiacre OK”

Room very good. "Branagan's" restaurant which is separate from the hotel is rather basic, as was breakfast. Staff in restaurant and hotel itself were very pleasant and helpful.

“Good hotel, would stay again”

Very clean hotel, no noise, great breakfast at restaurant opposite. Three for comfort as room was cold. Need to make sure you ask for an en-suite room.

“Good room”

I stayed here for 1 night in March having booked on price and the promise of free wifi. I arrived mid evening and received cheerfully by Helen on the desk. My room on the first floor was spacious clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom looked felt like a plastic pod (along the lines of a steam room) containing a quite large shower and a toilet. The wash basin is in the room which I didn’t find to be a problem. The only annoying thing was the fan in the bathroom was noisy (even with the door shut) and took quite a long time to turn off. The bed was a little hard but I managed 6 hours sleep so I had no complaints. The wifi was easy to connect to and much relatively fast. Dinner was in the grill next door which I will rate separately. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and the rooms were much better than that of a well know budget chain I have been staying in recently

“Does the job. Pretty good.”

Probably have to spend twice as much to get a nicer quality room.

“Good Hotel”

we arrived at a late hour but was welcomed very well . Unfortunately at 3.00am we were woken by rowdy party goers I was going to confront them but decided to ring reception . I later found out that other guests had also rang . I can assume this was a 1 off. I enjoyed the breakfast (bacon could have been hotter) and the fact we was given a 50% discount for our upset. Thank You
