This was one of the worst stays ever. The couch in the room was stained, didn’t have clean sheets, no towels, the GM wasn’t on the property or gave staff any help. Staff was over worked and our room wasn’t clean, asked multiple staff to do it and nothing was done.

Love that it's connected to the casino. Front row parking and the room was very clean and had comfortable beds! Love staying here! No free cookies, but they were busy, we understand.

We were snowed in and able to get a room. Entertainment: Diamond Joe's Casino next door with 2 sports bars, Subway and The Burger Joint. Dining options in the area were great. Burger King and 2 gas stations all in walking distance.

Check in was ok just a homeless person sleeping by the front door. Employee did ask him to leave after a bit. Water leak in the sink area. Did get another room right away. Seemed like it was a place for workers from other states staying there.

A Sure Bet
Great place to stay when making it a weekend at Diamond Jo Casino! Secure access to and from the hotel and casino. Clean spacious King suites. Breakfast (which seems to be a rare thing since Covid) was delicious and available until 10:30 on Sunday morning. Only issue is the hot tub could have been set a little hotter.

The room was very clean, friendly staff, easy check in. Only mild inconvenience was lack of options at breakfast. Including no milk to go with the cereal. But really that was no big deal. 4 and a half stars. Highly recommend

I liked everything about the stay except that I booked my stay through the link on hotel, but found a better price via expedia. When I called to cancel the original reservation, I was told verbally it was cancelled. When I got my credit card statement, it had not been cancelled so I had to pay the expensive cost in addition to my expedia stay. Not happy about that. The hotel assusred me it had been cancelled, but it wasn't with the link reservation.

We had a room with two queen beds. The one bed had crumbs, crusty (like someone with dry crusty feet) at the foot of the bed, under the covers. Lotion, conditioner seals were broken and lids open. Super disappointed. Was told they couldn't give us money back because we booked through a 3rd party. Unbelievable.

It was a very enjoyable stay. However the bedding on one of the beds did not appear clean. There also was not much of a selection of eating places to choose from.

I have to say that I chose this place because of the breakfast kitchen and it did not disappoint. The 2 queen suite was fantastic! I would highly recommend!
