Dirty , smelly , broken shower

I stayed at the Ramada Wednesday night. I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to my room. I had to to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room and the stairway smelled of cigarette smoke and urine. When I woke up the next morning , went to take a shower and the shower was all cracked and had water going into the walls. When I checked out , I told the girl at the counter of the problems and she apologized and said she would contact maintanence department. I was not offered any compensation for the conditions of any sort. I will not stay at a Ramada again.

Decent hotel, but nothing fancy

Pros: Clean
Cons: Renovations that were actually improvements.
Hotel was outdated. "Upgrades" to the room like a microwave and mini-fridge were a joke. Mini fridge was set on top of a nightstand and in a 6 outlet plug.

Nice Hotel-Covenient Location

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean but in need of repairs (Crack around faucet in bath tub, Bathroom door would not latch, Odor in room (probably from air conditioner unit.) Breakfast was great each morning, but appeared to be understaffed as there were always lots of dirty dishes on empty tables and had difficulty finding table to sit at each morning. Did not make it to Damons to eat, but ordered up room service (Food was excellant.)

Descent hotel

Overall, not my favorite hotel. The hotel was filled with excellent staff and had great windows in the rooms. However, it was a older hotel with minimal upgrades. I also felt unsafe outside of the hotel when I was approached by a person (not staying at the hotel ) and harassed. You can do better than the Ramada Plaza.

Nice hotel-old but nice

Pros: clean bed, great breakfast
Cons: although it was a non-smoking hotel, people were still smoking---our room didn't smell of smoke however
Location: Flat iron mall close
restaurant closed too early-we were there 20 minutes before closing and were told the kitchen closed 5 minutes before the time we arrived----close to freeway but didn't keep us awake---I would stay there again--breakfast excellent!

Staff was efficient but not especially friendly. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Carpets needed attention and the t.v. remote didn't work. Disappointed that they don't have pay per view. The pool was nice. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious but service extremely slow. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with lots of choices and a made to order omelette station. Would stay again.

I liked staying here. Great staff. The atmosphere of the lobby was pleasant. Rooms were comfortable, the beds were nice as well. I only stayed one night, so I wasn't able to use the pool or spa, yet it looked well kept and inviting.

Cons: Air conditioning noise and effectiveness.
Location: Rocky Mountain National Park
Looking for a room for three adults and found out when I arrived that it was a room with one king size bed only. Had to pay 20 dollars extra each night for 2 double beds. Not happy to be deceived. I would not recommend the website I used to book this hotel.

air conditioner only work half the time very hot in the rooms
