The bartender/waitress was very pleasant, competent, and professional. The food prices seemed high, and the wine list in the grocery area indicated that 750ml bottles were available, but alas they were not.

Phones were not working at the hotel so we could not contact them for the shuttle to pick us up. We had to take a taxi at our own expense. When we raised a concern at check in they said they sent an email to notify me of the situation. I did not receive an email

Good for a 1-night stand
If you need to be in the area 1-2 days for work or to fly in/out of Dulles, this is a good spot for a good rate. Anything more, you might find the noise and lack of hot water (and pressure) in the shower too disruptive. I had the water temperature all the way to hot and it barely got warm. The hair dryer in my room also was defective that the 'hot' setting didn't work so I basically had to walk out with wet hair than spend 30 min using a setting that was like someone literally blowing on my head to dry my hair.

Great front desk service! Internet is terrible, especially for streaming services. HBO was freezing every few seconds and very pixelated and then Netflix didn’t work at all, but not a huge deal. The only really negative thing was our shuttle ride to the airport (12/24 @3:30am). The driver was flying through the parking lot and down the small road at 65 MPH (not an exaggeration). He barely said a word to us and didn’t seem happy to be there, which isn’t a huge deal, it was really just the driving that terrified us. I was actually afraid for my life, wondering if he was drunk or what was going on. I was wishing we’d just paid for an Uber. He also dropped us off at a random gate and didn’t ask where we needed to go. I would not advise letting this driver take folks anywhere. He pulled such fast turns and braked very suddenly multiple times. VERY scary!

Bathroom not properly cleaned, left hair on surfaces from previous occupant. Toilet holder fell apart. Bedding does not smell that fresh either, smells of cheap detergent.
