“Convenient”
Small room, but does the job
“Service trumps errors”
Nothing glamorous, but excellent location with helpful staff who made up for their mistakes. Attractively furnished room, but not much room to maneuver. Room service breakfast missing butter and syrup for pancakes and entire order of eggs benedict, but quickly returned and removed from our bill. Responsive shuttle service made mall and dinner trips easy. Would definitely stay again!
“Great Vaction”
Hotel was excellent. Only complaint was that they tried to charge us for parking ang internet. Which was included at time of booking. After showing hotel a copy of confirmation they corrected the charge.

Everything was great. The breakfast was above average. Service was fine and we would definitely stay here again
“Clean and cozy, will go back again”
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. The only thing is that the room was a little smaller than I expected. But for the price we paid, we will defninitely come back.
“Very Disapointed”
My stay was decent; my disappointment was the next morning when I checked out. The front desk person was rude when I questioned my bill. The Hotel automatically adds a 20% tip for Room service which I did not mind, however I did mind when the Rom service person helped himself to additional tip without my consent. When I disputed the charge she became rude and defensive telling me that I did give the person the extra tip when in fact I didn't. Most hotels offer Free internet, but this one didn't, this hotel is located in an area where parking is not a problem but yet the charge you for parking I don't mind paying for parking if the Hotel was in the City where parking it's difficult. Anyways I will not stay there again. EVERRRRRR

Clean and comfortable. Great for shopping. shuttle back and fourth to Mall or any where within a 2 mile radius. Close to family for us.

This hotel was a delight. I was very pleased with the decor and cleanliness of the room. Cleanliness is a big deal to me and I was very happy with this hotel. I'd stay here again. The room was a little on the small side, but I didn't mind that since I only used the room to sleep in at night.
“Great hotel to stay at”
Very comfortable, nice touches of tea and lotion. Lovely pool. Comfortable beds, and air control/temperature very good. Quiet at night, pleasant staff.
