Accessible Room prior to surgery
This is a gorgeous hotel, but it is also the closest one to Reston Hospital Center where my husband was scheduled to have hip surgery. Loved the covered parking that kept us out of the snowy weather and made leaving in the morning easier. Room service was excellent and convenient. Only issue we had was how far the handicapped accessible room was from the elevator. My husband uses a walker and it was a looooong walk from the elevator to the room. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could've chosen something different.

The Place to stay in Reston
We are so happy we booked our stay with The Hyatt Regency. From the front desk service, to the comfortable accommodations, and accessible shops and restaurants we will definitely be recommending this hotel to visiting friends and family. While the bathrooms are the only thing in need of updating - the rest of the property more than makes up for it.
