“Loved the room layout”
The room I got was just a standard King. But the nice thing was that the outer room (with couch, chair, computer desk, etc.) was separated from the bedroom (bed, bathroom, etc.) by a large divider that the TV sat on. So whether you were in the living room on the couch, or in the bedroom on the bed, you could turn the TV to face any direction. The divider had built-in dresser drawers for your clothes on the bedroom side. Small detail, but it really added to the overall satisfaction I had in the room.

Was a great Hotel but I thought Expedia should have told us when the breakfast was being served. I ended up buying the breakfast included but could not have it for 2 days because there breakfast started at 630am and we had to be at work by 7am and didn't have enough time to eat and get to work. Usually at Hotels continental breakfast starts at either 530 or 6am at this hotel it starts at 630 so I lost money. I would not have taken the hotel and included breakfast if I would have known that.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Kudos to Asim and all the front-desk staff, Bryan the bartender and Olimpio (Housekeeping). Besides the construction on the highway which woke me up, I loved the hotel. It's on the top of my list for my wedding reception.
“My weekend getaway to visit a friend...”
This hotel was comfy and a nice getaway. A lot of construction in the surrounding area but accessible to everything and near DC in a quaint northern VA neighborhood.

“Hyatt Fairlakes”
Room was next to Ice Machine. It was very noisy specially during the late night hours. Guest smoking outside and were very loud. All together it is a nice clean hotle but it is not a location where you would like to go to get a good night sleep.
“What I expected”
I loved my room. The bathtub was like a spa tub. Really wonderful room. I would stay again especially for the price I paid.
