“Definately would stay again”
This hotel was close to a bus transport which will take you to your nearest metro. The hotel did what it needed to do which was to give me a place to wash and sleep. Your in washington what else do you need to do with a hotel the exploration is outside the hotel. The staff was really nice who allowed me to print out my vouchers that I required for any tours or bookings I had. There is food close by and some restaurants as well, if your easy this hotel will suit you.
“Good value in convenient location”
This hotel has seen better days: during the two nights I was there, the elevator was out of order, forcing me to walk up to my room on the third floor. However, the staff was very helpful (offered to help me to carry my luggage up, if needed) and handled everything efficiently. Room was very comfortable and in good condition; continental self-service breakfast with cereals, bagels and fruit very adequate. Receptionist helped explain the easy connection by frequent city buses to and from the Washington area Metro system. When I have business in that area again, I shall definitely stay there.
“Nightmare of Trash and Hair”
This hotel is not a place to stay it is misleading in all ways. Hard to get to off interstate, Not CLEAN at all trash was still left in bedroom, hair in tub and bed bugs do bite!!!!!!!! Next morning cont. breakfast was coffee, expired milk and dry cereal this is not a bargain. The neighborhood around hotel is very frightening we heard sirens all night long.
“budget experience”
i stayed there with the expectation of a budget hotel but still disappointed. the elevator didnt work, the remote control for the tv didnt work. the furniture and the bed in the room were old and needs to be replaced. the one good thing was the location in arlington, within 10 minutes i was in the national mall area of DC.
“Bugs: dog-tick hurt my kid”
I had to get my kid to emergency clinic because of a huge dog tick that was sucking blood out of his head. These bugs are very dangerous as they spread viruses and sometimes may even be fatal. I extremely regret that I did not pay attention to warnings about bugs in previous reviews.
“Used this hotel before and would do so again”
Spent 3 nights here with family, 2 teenage kids, Good value for money
“it is what you get for the money you pay”
it is good and nice hotel. for a budget watcher like me, you can easily afford it it is located near the public transportation. you walk out of the parking lot, you have metro bus stop right there, bus takes you to metro rail station or where ever you might he heading for..................
“BED BUGS”
I was affraid of the bed bugs and thought it's a myth, but it's not. I traveled across the country and stayed in about 11 different motels on the way from Las Vegas to New York and it was the only motel in which I found this. The first night in my bed (not in the other) I looked under the pillow and found in total 6 little bugs (I guess that's the bed bugs). Anyway, even if the motel was in a good location with free parking, I would not come back because of the bed bugs. I didn't found them anymore after but I guess they are hiding and going out only when we sleep.
“The rooms are great”
The rooms are big, clean and very convenient. The only froblem is that the hotel is bit far away from the tourism center.
“It is acceptable”
TV is old. But it is working. Bathroom is out dated.
