very bad experience, the cleaning of the room was very bad, we drank some glasses and left them and after they did the cleaning, the glasses were dirty, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the parking lot was terrible, they charge 45 dollars per day and when you go to the impossible parking lot to be able to park seems terrible to me

The hotel needs a makeover. Lobby and rooms are dim. Many rooms are oddly shaped. The smell of cooking grease from a restaurant(s) was present on the first and second floors. Made for an unpleasant gym workout.

I would definitely stay there again. But the parking price for customers staying at the hotel should not be the same price for people visiting the mall area. $45 is too much a day on top of paying for the room

This is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable quiet rooms. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Convenient access to transportation and located close to shopping and eating options! Close to most Washington DC sightseeing and to Reagan International airport.

The property was easy to get to clean, and the staff were very kind. Dining and shopping were within walking distance, and there were many choices. The concierge was very helpful with obtaining transportation at an early hour allow allowing us to get to the airport as needed very friendly, very helpful would return again.

Certainly my favorite hotel in the Crystal City area--in all of Arlington, in fact. Easy access to Metro is the major selling point, but also, hotel is very large but feels homey--reasonably modern and well-run. Still has carpeted floors in rooms, which is as it SHOULD be in all hotels. Some specifics: Beds very comfortable although lighter bed covering options would be helpful. Heating/cooling fast and effective. Great water temperature and pressure in sink/shower. Staff are polite and friendly--were able to accommodate a specific request. There was a HUGE event going on the first two days I was there, but once that ended, it became quieter and easier to operate at the hotel. I've been an annual guest and will contiue to be.
