Older hotel that is in need of updates and a good cleaning. Checked in and found glitter on the bathroom floor, it was still there when we checked out a week later. Bathtub had mold, walls under sink were caked with dirt and cobwebs and the towels were better suited for sanding instead of drying due to their roughness. The complimentary breakfast was minimal. Eggs, bacon one day sausge the next and mke your own waffels in addition to cold cereal. Luckily we only needed a place to sleep for a few hours and shower as we were on the go the entire time. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Nice hotel conveniently located for my needs.
Hotel was very nice for the price. It was clean and in good repair. It contains a nice restaurant with a free breakfast that was very good. It was also next door to a CVS which convenient for most anything that was forgotten in packing for this short trip. Desk staff was very informative and helpful.

Nice place very clean big dinosaurs chasing everybody in the parking lot so not so boring. Nearly scalped by Indians a couple of times but managed not to somehow.

Convenient to Kaiser Permanente
We have stayed at the Falls Church BW twice when needing to be at very early medical appointments. Just a mile from the KP facility. The hotel was clean, staff very nice, beds moderately comfortable. Breakfast was “meh” but we weren’t there to eat. We prefer a first floor room. Small shopping center, CVS and IHOP within walking distance. Everything we needed and at a great rate.

Reasonable price and closed to tourist spots
The manager was nice, very accomodating and making sure that clients satisfaction are met. Overall stay was pleasant. The only problem we noticed was the rooms that are not soundproof. You can hear the noise or the conversation from the other rooms.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was awesome, beds were comfortable, place was clean. The only issue was that the water didn't drain from the sinks, but that may have just been our room. Overall it was good, I'd stay here again

The Best Western Falls Church is GREAT value for money. The room is nice and the location convenient. What makes it great value for its prices range is the breakfast.

Great Staff - Disappointing Hotel
First off, the staff was great, courteous and helpful. But that is not enough to make a Motel good. The beds are very uncomfortable and there was a hallway air freshener that kept on beeping due to low battery, all day and night until I finally complained. You would think the cleaning staff would have said something. On the subject of cleaning staff, our room was not vacuumed very well, sequence from a previous occupant was on the floor for our entire stay, and we had to ask for clean towels. The heater in the room would not maintain the temperature. We set it at 66 degrees and it went up to around 78 degrees and then cycled down to around 64 degrees all night. The blankets on the bed are thin and we had to ask for another one so my wife could keep warm when the heater was on its down cycle. The breakfast was skimpy at best and the bread seemed to have been frozen and then thawed, which made it hard and taste stale. They also had a removable lid over the eggs and nowhere clean to place it so people were placing it on a wooden shelf nearby while they scooped their food, not the most sanitary situation in my opinion. Also, there are no elevators or carts for your luggage. You leave the lobby and must carry your luggage up six stairs for the first floor and a lot more for the second floor. Why not at least put in a ramp on the first floor?

We knew we would be arriving before check-in, but were hoping to leave the car and catch the subway anyway. We called the night before and were assured it would be no problem to park the car and catch the morning shuttle to the subway. We arrived almost too late for the last ride of the morning. They were great. We did not check in, but the driver waiting for us to get organized, and we arrived in time to catch the train. The return was just as easy. We called from the subway and the shuttle arrived promptly. This was all before officially checking in. This all made the trip flow beautifully!

Our favorite place to stay
I travel to the DC area at least once or twice a month for work and have been choosing to stay at this location consistently for close to two years now. The location is perfect: just minutes away from DC and near multiple shopping centers, malls, and restaurants. The area is also safe, which is important as I travel with my spouse and I always know she is safe and well at this location. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and goes above and beyond whenever I have a request. This place has become almost like a second home to us, and with the prices they charge, this place is a steal. It is always a shame when they are ever completely booked on the dates I need for my stays, so definitely book in advance! Also, they have a great breakfast in the mornings so you won't even need to leave the location for a bite. Thank you again to the wonderful staff here!

NIce hotel, good breakfast, great location.
Great location and had free shuttle to Metro. Front desk gave great directions and room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom door didn't latch but that would be an easy repair.

The room was fairly clean. Beds were comfortable. The front desk attendants were quite rude and unhelpful. The walls were thin and we could hear the commotion from other rooms. Ten minutes from the metro. I would stay there again if i had to.
