“Très bon séjour”

Chambre calme et confortable, personnel accueillant, très proche du centre , excellent petit déjeuner ! n'hésitez pas à y séjourner .

“Immer wieder gerne”

Ich komme zwar nur selten nach Karlsruhe, aber wenn ich dort bin, steige ich im Ambassador ab. Zentral gelegen, geräumige Zimmer, WLAN im Preis enthalten, ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis... Was will man mehr?

“Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”

Das Hotel ist besonders gut geeignet für junge Leute die eine Alternative zur (teuren) Jugendherberge in KA suchen. Im Vergleich zu einer Jugendherberge war das Doppelzimmer für zwei Leute sehr groß. Ein DZ ist minimal teurer als die Übernachtung in der KA-Jugendherberge (bzw. sobald man in der JH einen DJH-Ausweis kaufen muss, wird das Hotel sogar GÜNSTIGER!) Und hat alle Hotel-Vorzüge (wie Rundum-Servie und 24h Rezeption) Nette Rezeption. Zentrale Lage. Man ist sicher abends zu Fuß unterwegs. Ruhige Lage zum Innenhof hin. Saubere Zimmer. Sehr gute Verstaumöglichkeiten für Koffer, Kleider, etc. Bequemes Bett. Sehr zu epfehlen. Relativ gut zu erreichen mit Straßenbahn (paar Min Fußweg halt)

“Begrüßung der Gäste stark verbesserungswürdig”

Sehr unfreundlicher Umfang durch einen männlichen Mitarbeiter. Zum Glück gab es auch noch eine nette Kolleginn, die nachgeschaut hat, ob das Zimmer schon wieder belegt werden kann und die freundlich unsere Fragen beantwortet hat.

“Very nice hotel in city center”

This hotel has the perfect combination of location (city center), quality, service and price. The room was 100% clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, so I felt really comfortable. I would recommend the Ambassador to everybody who is not looking for luxury but just for a comfortable 3 star hotel to feel and sleep well.
