Entrance was grand and looked good. Had to pay for parking at side of hotel. Rooms, No safe. Toilet tiles needed a good clean. The curtains had holes in them. Room was very small

Great hotel. Very friendly staff upon check in and check out. View a little disappointing but overall didn’t impact whatsoever on the experience. Definitely go back.

Nice big hotel in a good area central to walking around Launceston. A bit long in the tooth but still comfortable and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was great. Price was great. Bed was comfy. The only downside was that we had parking through the hotel and there were no spots left when we returned from dinner so that was complicated and we ended up having to pay street parking price which was not cheap.

Parking is challenging if you arrive before 5pm. Parking lot assigned to the hotel was full with nearby workers.

Convenient yet quiet, large room, comfy bed and delicious meals. Could do better with stained carpet at corridor, unpleasant smell lift, dated furnitures and unusual layout.

The hotel is generally good, but is showing its age. The staffs are friendly. Buffet breakfast is average. The noise (loud music) coming to my room is a bit annoying from some nearby bar or restaurant until midnight.

The rooms were large and clean but they smelt of dust The curtains and carpets need cleaning We woukd have stayed longer if it didn’t smell so strongly of dust I even bought a room spray to try to disguise it The beds were good and spacious and I loved having the window open but it still didn’t disguise the dusty curtains and carpets We actually moved hotels because of the dust smell in the room

Our single room was next to the elevator and within 5 minutes the constant noise was unbearable. We asked for a new room and were told it was not possible. We were moved from a one bedroom room to a studio and received no compensation for the downgraded room. When we asked, we were told that due to booking through a third party, there was nothing they could do. When booking the room, we were advised by staff to book through a third party as it would allow us to pay by credit card. When booking through their site, we were told we would need to pay onsite or complete a number of forms. This was a very disappointing experience
