"Really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Louisville this past weekend! me and a friend were in town visiting bourbon distilleries, your location is great and very close to so many! I love that you have breakfast available and coffee all day! The Parking was a little confusing with the deck next door, and unclear on paying ourselves vs paying the deck directly...Zara the manager on staff Saturday and Sunday morning was amazing, above and beyond not just for me, but while I was enjoying my coffee in the lobby, watching her interact with other guests with her great personality!!!"

"Overall this was a great place to stay. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness bc the walls in the bathroom were dirty in one area. The closet had a shelf for storage however the clothes rack was low which wasn't good for hanging long dresses. The coffee maker in the room was broken. Otherwise it was wonderful. Great staff. Complimentary breakfast and light dinner was a nice option. "
