First things first… the staff were super friendly. I would give them 10/10 for their service. None of this review is a reflection on them. The room was ok. The plug sockets were miles away from the bed stands and the bed stands were too far away from the actual bed. One of the sockets didn’t work and I only found that out in the morning when my phone hadn’t charged. The room was really dark it needed another light somewhere. Even with all the lights on it was really dark! I turned the heating down but the room was still really warm. I couldn’t have the window open because the traffic noise was too bad. That is my biggest problem with the stay. The breakfast was good. There was a great selection for everyone. For what I paid for the room I shouldn’t expect too much to be honest

Was sold like it had free parking but upon leaving, the parking was not free. I thought it would be included in the price but wasn’t.

Very Friendly staff! What I did not like: Somebody was banging their loud music until 23:00 ish The shower facility is a bit awkward to use. At the breakfast , there is not too many vegetable options.

Ibis review
Initially had an issue with our room as the TV was not working however, Libby and Hassan were able to immediately allocate us to a different room. The staff were very friendly and attentive to us whenever we needed help. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Only few meters away from Train Station and right above the Cinema with easy under 15min walk to any of major Northampton's places of interest makes this hotel ideal for a stay. The rooms now feel much more tired than 15years ago when I visited last time, but the price and tidynes and welcoming staff compensate for the old feeling of the property.
