COOOOOOOL

Posted 18-Jun-2015
Pros: everything, very quite, clean and good scenery
Cons: you could consider free internet for guests or reduce the price
Location: not far from the town and shops
Very pleasant and surprisingly better than I expected. The price was okay too.

Love this hotel !

Posted 01-Jun-2015
Pros: The decor and staff
Cons: The bath robes were very worn and had seen better days
This hotel is everything you would expect with a Ramada Hotel, the rooms were very comfortable and modern with good bed and spacious workspace. The bathroom had a great bath which is a big plus for me as a true ¨brit" a good bath is a great way to relax after working. The staff were friendly and very professional offering local advice on laces to eat and the breakfast was good, full english and again very friendly staff. Internet was a paid service but a good price and unlimited devices. The only negative in the whole stay was the bath robes were very worn and had seen better days . I only stayed one night and it was a Saturday so the rate was not the most economical but well worth it and I was upgraded to a deluxe room and I would absolutely stay here again if in the area for work again.

Nice hotel not too close to the town centre

Posted 27-Apr-2015
Pros: Quiet and comfortable
Cons: Greater range of free tv channels
Location: Close to the main rout to Chester and the rest of North Wales.
Used this hotel as a base for visiting friends and relatives so did not use all the facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice large bed. Hotel staff pleasant and accmodating.

Best Hotel in the area

Posted 08-Apr-2015
Pros: Room size & location. Staff also helpful
Cons: Breakfast
I really like staying here. Rooms are clean, spacious , well -equipped and a good size. It has a good location just off the bypass. Didn't take breakfast as found it disappointing on a previous visit.

A heartless experience but comfortable & clean

Posted 21-Jan-2015 on Hotels
It was clean and comfortable and the staff were good. However, this sort of hotel is dull and typical of the plastic room factories e.g Park/Holiday Inn/ Marriot - i.e. to be avoided if you can - they are really 3 star hotels that tick all the boxes except those that matter. The food was typical and the breakfast - buffet of course, plastic dried fried egg - you know how it is and Premier Inns do it so much better and almost always for less cost. Premier Inns are all the same too - the disappearing family-run hotels - how I miss them. Wouldn't we trade the aseptic for the aesthetic? Mostly, yes

Try it for yourself.

Disappointing, (male) staff called me "mate" at every interaction. Check in was rushed, presumably due to party-goers F-in & Jeffin mid disput in the lobby. Upon opening the room fridge a half eaten chocolate bar fell out (not from the confectionary list). I could go on........for a 4* hotel I expected more! some 3* hotels I've stay at trump this establishment.
