The 15 extremely comfortable bedrooms in the Main Hall offer several different room types, including the four elegant principal suites. Each bedroom is individually decorated and furnished with antique furniture, paintings and prints, enjoying glorious views of Bodysgallen's parkland or gardens, with some rooms having further reaching views of Conwy Castle or the distant Mountains of Snowdonia. There are 16 cottage suites with picturesque names like The Smithy, Box Cottage and Pineapple Lodge, are situated in the grounds, and provide accommodation for guests preferring a greater degree of privacy. Many cottages enjoy their own private gardens and some are in close proximity to the Bodysgallen Spa. All are charming and delightful.

“Really impressed”

Lovely rooms and beautiful gardens. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We looked around the spa but didn't have time to enjoy it but it looked lovely. It was nice to have a choice of the fine dining restaurant and the bistro on site. We went to the bistro and the food was really good. We stayed in New Cottage one of the cottage suites and it was comfortable, the other cottage suites all looked great aswell. Well located for Mount Snowdon and Llandudno. We will be going back!

“Excellent Country House Hotel”

We were delighted with our stay. The staff made us feel very welcome on arrival and were helpful and pleasant throughout the stay. The building is wonderful, great to explore with old panelled rooms, low doorways, hidden doors.... real historic house feel. We had a standard room which was very good, large comfortable bed, small but perfectly adequate bathroom, flat screen TV, mineral water and super home made biscuits. One minor criticism was limited number of TV channels, with satellite would have expected much bigger choice. But overall we were truly delighted with all aspects of our stay, and hope to go again whenever we have the chance.

“A lovely weekend away”

One of the best hotels we have stayed in in this country. A charming place, full of history, quiet and in a beautiful setting, and yet within very easy reach of the bustling traditional seaside town of Llandudno. Staff extremely attentive, but simultaneously unobtrusive. Bed a bit soft for me, but noticed for next time that a bed board can be requested, and a next time there certainly will be.
