Good nights stay.
Room was clean. Sheets and pillows had an onion smell or my nose was at fault. I have no idea how they knew I was handy capped but I was placed in a handy capped room. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. Most likely the smell is from the previous guest who may have cooked in the room. Once the current guest checks out we will be able to do a deep clean.

I didnt like that the web site says pet friendly but they wouldnt let my service dog in. Pool was out of order. Staff was rude and wanted to argue.

Thank you for staying with us and providing us with your feedback. Our website specifically states pets are not allowed. When you tried to check in you stated that you had a pet and when you were told that pets are not allowed you changed your answer to service dog. You walked out on your own to prove us wrong by showing us the "proof on our website and call corporate". When you returned you simply checked in and stated that you will take your dog somewhere. No staff members were rude or argued with you about anything.Regards.

Not a bad hotel, but nothing really stood out. Our room was clean and the staff was fine, but there is not much else around the hotel and not anything that would make you want to return. It serves its intended purpose for a place to stay and that's really why you book a room, right? Wasn't great but wasn't bad either. Make sure to get a 1st floor room because there is NO ELEVATOR in the building. 7/10

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your stay. Our staff had only communicated with your guests twice during their stay. Once to request them to smoke away from the building due to multiple complaints and second when they brought unregistered guests who then threatened physical violence towards the staff. You were notified of these situations and you agreed and you removed the unruly guests from the property. You agreed to incidental charges when you registered/checked in. Incidental policies are on our registration form as well. Also, we have informed you multiple times to check with the guests who stayed regarding the missing items, late check out and other damages. Smelling urine and finding beds and carpet covered in urine and food/drinks are two different situations. Your card was only charged for the labor to deep clean the room.Regards,

I spent over $2300 at this hotel for two rooms for seven nights and they had the audacity to charge my card additional fees for "damage". A late check out and a missing towel was $30 then they smelled "urine" and charged $150!! I had no idea the charges were on there until I got my cc statement. In addition, they are extremely hateful and rude. The only hotel in the town so I guess they feel like they don't need to provide good customer service.

The room was clean but the staff was not friendly at all. They acted like they didnt even want any guests there. The tv only had one channel option. The ac/heat didnt work. The room was hot and i tried to turn the ac on just to cool it down do i could sleep but it wouldnt turn on. I probably wont stay there again. The indoor pool was closed down so i couldnt even enjoy that. There was nothing there to help relax you at all

Don't stay here.
Had reservations at a different hotel but they were cancelled so I had to get this room last minute for a family visit. It was not good. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. There was hardly ever anyone behind the desk no matter what time of day or night and they're so called breakfast consist of a couple of different cold cereals and some prepackaged muffins and they were out of coffee 2nd morning. All the hotels amenities were shut down and we were unable to use anyting. Overall a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel. It is also way overpriced.

Hi, I'm sorry but we can't answer for other hotel. Our room pictures and sizes are available on our websites. Due to our company and Choice Hotels policy you will never find any one sitting behind the front desk in direct view of guests. We do have several areas behind front desk that are our of view of the guests for the staff to relax and monitor the property through CCTV. Our swimming pool is the only amenity that is currently closed. Breakfast is served according to Choice Hotels and local Health Departments guidelines.

We booked two rooms for a wedding thru Expedia. Paid for in advance. However when we traveled 2000 miles and got to the hotel, they had no booking in our name. Since we had to have rooms it cost us double what we had already paid for two rooms!

Thank you for your feedback and staying with us over the weekend. We provided the Expedia reservation details when you arrived to check in. Yes, you had made your reservation through Expedia and it was canceled through Expedia the same day which is why it was also canceled in our system and we could not honor it. Also, the rate had remained the same but extra charges were for several additional guests.

We checked in and found out the pool was still not open b/c of Covid. I found this odd as the entire state of IN has lifted nearly all Covid requirements. The shower head was not installed properly and sprayed water over the curtain and onto the bathroom floor making a mess and a very dangerous area to slip on for my younger children. The free breakfast was very sparse and wasn’t refilled often. If you didn’t get down early you were likely not getting much. The staff was very kind/friendly and fixed the shower head after I notified them.

Hi, Thank you for staying with us and leaving us this feedback. I hope I can provide some clarification below. Pool is not closed because of any COVID requirements. It is closed because of operating procedures and weekly water sample submission by local company to county. Pool company is also facing staff shortage just like us. Upon notification we inspected the shower and it was installed properly but it had cracked in the middle where the spray selection is located. We replaced the shower head due to this. We had to throw away breakfast towards end of the breakfast due to two guests. They had opened items with their bare hands while coughing/sneezing through out the breakfast area. We were sanitizing the breakfast equipment in back but the guests had left.

A few negatives but I would stay again
It was ok! The room was clean but smelled musty! The bathroom floor was not very clean as it had hair in the corners etc!! There was also hair on the tub walls, and I’m not sure if the tub was dirty or stained!! We was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed and we missed breakfast at 9:30 so not sure how that was! The dining area and lobby was both very clean!!
