I've stayed here the past several years during spring, summer, fall and winter. The staff is very accommodating (front desk + housekeeping). Some units could use updating in decor, appliances/furniture, bedding. Some units are cozy and best value in Park City. Overall the Lodge could use updating but compared to other locales in PC, the value and location can't be beat. Steps away from PCMR which is a major stop for PC Transit, which is great for free, public transportation that is super convenient.

Just a one night stay for a few couples going to a concert on Main Street. Everything was great. A few things were run down in the room. The air conditioner didn't work so most of us were really hot & didn't sleep well. Our blinds in our bedroom were broke so the sunlight came in really early and added to the lack of being able to sleep.
At the resort, our indoor pool area is perfect whether summer or winter. The game room and playground are great places to let …More
We have stayed at the Silver King before and have really enjoyed it. We like the location, the amenities, it is nice and roomy for our family. This time, however, the AC in the entire building was out. We understand that things such as this happen, but when we asked for some sort of compensation, but were denied any of our requests. We would still recommend the Silver King...it just would have been nice to have some compensation for the discomfort of sleeping in the heat.

I was actually surprised, it's nicer than it looks on Web page. The only thing that frustrated me was that we were at a wedding reception, it was late and my daughter wanted to go back to the room. The key that she had wouldn't work, and they closed the front desk. She ended up having to stay at a friends room till I could get there and try my key. I would have been very upset if my key wouldn't work either. They need someone at the front desk 24/7.
