There were 7 couples that stayed here. All but one of us had fantastic rooms. Don't stay in room 723... Very outdated and nothing worked. .The TV or the heater. Room 731 on the other hand was Awesome! We loved it! !

Bus stop is right there at the village, 100 feet away, to take you to local grocery, etc. The bus system is awesome and on time (at least not during Sundance). You can walk out and catch the bus to downtown, or Kimbell Junction (Best Buy, Whole Foods, etc). A Fresh Market is closer if groceries are needed. The lift is 100 steps away from the side door. Mr. D in the ski shop is a Park City native and runs a good show downstairs for gear hook-ups. He opens at 8 am, and the First Time lift opens at 845 am, so you can meet with him, buy your discount lift ticket from him, rent any gear you need, buy new gear, and be at the slopes when the lift opens by walking across the parking lot. He rents kids gear as well, so you can hook up your kids. If your child takes the full day ski school at the park mountain resort, then they will provide the gear needed there (including the ski jacket and pants). We had our 4 year old and it worked great. For the savings, the room was great for a smaller party. We flew in around 2:00 pm, made it to Park City via shuttle around 3:00, were checked in shortly after, and my wife did the night ski session from 4 to 8. I got to do the early morning the next day, while she enjoyed the hot tub the following morning. We spent a few days here, and enjoyed the place. It is chilled out, efficient, and the people are very courteous. They seem to be out of the pressure cooker of the "village" just 200 feet away at the very bottom of the slope.
We were happy that it was close to the mountain resort so that we could do the fun activities, as well as main street. Checking in the staff could have been a little more kinder but the woman who drove the free shuttle to the overflow parking was the BEST! If you don't have a vehicle, the free city bus was very helpful!
