"Business or holiday the Leela has it all in Mumbai"
I was at the hotel for two stays over two weeks. Both times the hotel and staff made my stay amazing. The ^ deg bar staff and management made a lone traveller feel at home and so welcome. I never had to sit on my own for long, someone would attend to my need for a drink and always had time for a little chat, absolutely amazing!
The room staff were equally efficient and thoughtful, their accommodating attitude was so refreshing and much appreciated.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. I stayed there for a total of 7 nights during my visit. I will definitely go there again. Staff is very pleasant and attentive to all your needs. The response was very fast for any requests. The breakfast spread is very good. Airport pick up and drop off service is excellent.
Overall it been a pleasant experience staying at the Sahara Star and we would definitely make it on our top class hotels in Mumbai for Business and Leisure.
It close proximity to the airport and the best deals with ultra modern facilities combined with state of art design and themes, make Sahara Star a real STAR.
Have stayed many times at the Orchid when in transit. The hotel experience every time always the same, EXCELLENT.
Always complimentary pick up from Domestic airport and complimentary drop off at International airport, never have had to wait for the pick up. Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious, very comfortable, also spotlessly clean with extremely modern bathrooms and fittings.
This hotel is excellent value for money, it offers luxury accommodation far cheaper than other luxury hotels in the airport vicinity very few of which offer complimentary pick up.
Would recommend this hotel and will always continue using it.

I was misled at check-in. When I asked for the wi-fi password, was told that I had to pay Rupees 1000 for wi-fi connection. I was told that breakfast was going to be Rupees 1000 as well. I come out of my room in the morning next to room 2168 I see the breakfast lounge. A sumptuous breakfast was available for Rupees 500. Later was given a password for wi-fi for free. Other than check-in experience everything else was fine.
