The helpfulness of your staff especially at the check in desk - Yamini? and Vanessa in particular and the level of service they provided was much appreciated as my daughter was not 100% well.
We really enjoyed the creativity with the towels and looked forward to seeing what had been done each day by the room service team.
The variety of food was great.
Overhaul super location, nice hotel, ask for first floor sea view room, makes the stay far better.....hotel a bit tired, sun beds uncomfy to lie on and breakfast ok.....wud stay again but only in first floor sea view room as that makes the location fantastic.......

I don't usually write bad reviews but I felt tricked by the annex at Siolim House.The main Siolim House is beautiful old building that has been renovated to a high standard, however the annex is a separate villa (overlooking the main road) 10 minutes away from Siolim House, not an annex as you would expect in the grounds of the main house. This was fairly very basic and in need of maintenance. Our room has broken windows covered with paper, loose floor boards, broken patio table, unloved garden and laundry and rubbish pile on the patio - definitely not worth £75 per night !! You can get this standard for half the amount closer to the beach. The staff were pleasant and helpful but did not have the tools or facilitiy to offer outstanding service. We were able to use the pool at the main house but it was inconvenient

The Hotel was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly and approachable. The buffet breakfast was a big hit with us as we could have both continental and Indian delicacies and the staff took good care of us, they even made my porridge every day without prompting. The Executive room was very spacious and clean, all in all it was a good experience. Both my wife and I would gladly go back there next time and will be happy to recommend this establishment to all our friends and family.

This was our first trip to India and did not know what to expect. The hotel is a little older and the rooms are very large with a lot of amenities. At first, we were a little hesitant about the location but soon we felt totally comfortable. The hotel staff and especially the restaurant made our stay so enjoyable. Mr. Santosh (restaurant manager), Valencio (cook), Ajamal, Debu, and Peter were all amazing. The cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and worked around our schedule.
