This apartment hotel is well located in the heart of North Adelaide. Within 2 a minute walk are shops, restaurants and transport to Adelaide CBD (which is a a pleasant 15 min stroll away).
Our studio apartment was spacious with a nice comfortable king sized bed. Pillows and bedding were good quality. Bathroom whilst a little dated was clean.
A few quibbles however made this 3 out of 5 instead of 4.
On our second day after returning from an event our room had not been serviced. Not a big issue but of course we were only issued with 2 towels for our 2 days stay so after a evening and morning shower these were due for a a change over. We called reception to discover our rate did not include daily servicing. Not a big issue and they provided us with some extra towels. Reviewing our booking with Expedia this was not flagged, and if you aren't going to service the room how about a couple of sets of towels.
Checking in wasn't very easy either. On booking I noticed we were asked to check in at their other property in North Adelaide. When I arrived there they said I could have checked in from the Tynte Street property after all. I asked about car parking and was told to drive up and dial key pad. Parking was tricky and had to get a remote control from a safe. It was only after calling that this was sorted out. Given how tricky it was to actually find the car park some instructions would have helped a lot as had to work it out myself.
We Had Not Read The Fineprint ......checkin By 6.30 Unless Alternative Arrangements Made.We Were Late And A Most Gracious Lady Angela Greeted Us. Everything Was Perfect .... We Booked In For Two Nights In A Fortnights Time. We Are Frequent Visitors To Adelaide And Have Tried Many Other Hotels/motels/apartments. The Staff, Comfort, Cleanliness, Location Makes It Perfect For Us.
Booked two apartments and both were well equipped and clean. Check in was seamless and fast. Located near so many restaurants and coffee bars you would need to spend a month there to try them all. Walked into city past Oval and saw many old buildings. Area around apartment safe. Some noise from road, so if you like it very quiet bring ear plugs.
