On arrival the staff were very busy with a lunchtime service but we were checked in quickly and efficiently. The hotel is actually about 300yds from the main restaurant where you check in, so if you have a disability bear this in mind when booking.
The rooms were lovely and had a small balcony and an upstairs with a second double bed! This was not clear on booking which was a little frustrating as it would have meant we only needed to book the one room instead of two. They were both clean and well decorated and the bed was VERY comfortable.
We will definitely use this hotel again!
Hotel and grounds are lovely. It's only a few minutes walk from town and the sea. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Yes, they are renovating but it caused no difficulty for us. Great parking on site and chairs about the grounds to sit and enjoy the views.

I booked this based on it's location, with the impression that it was likely to be a bit run down. However, I was really impressed and pleasantly surprised.
The hotel seems vey modern, our room was much better than expected and the service and staff were excellent.
The location is stunning and I would definitely stay here again.

Spent two nights here which was not enough! This is a fascinating and beautiful area to explore and Pierre & Vacances provides an ideal base. It is within easy walking distance of Juno beach and the Canadian museum and not far to Arromanches and the other D-Day beaches.
We booked it to avoid a night in Paris and travelled easily into Caen to park and catch the train into the city. The journey was very comfortable, half the price of fares in the UK for twice the distance.
The accommodation is 'bijou' but very practical and everything we needed, except a toaster, which we could have hired from reception if we wanted to but we managed without. Just a short stride to the restaurants for an excellent choice of evening meals, coffee etc.
Others have commented on the short opening hours of reception but it is not difficult to organise arrival time to fit in and we didn't find it a problem.
The pool is lovely but the changing room is quite tight and not as private as British visitors might like especially at closing time. I threw a towel round me and hurried back to the apartment for a shower!
Lovely and quiet, perfect for a few relaxing days or longer if you are lucky.
Nice little home away from home walking distance to Juno Beach. Owner and staff helpful and pleasant. Best shower in there too. The town is quiet pleasant and friendly. I love Normandy and this is a beautiful area. I would come back for sure.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It used to be a residence and became a hotel 26 years ago. The staff was attentive and efficient. The room was spacious and had everything you could want. Comfy bed and a nice sized bathroom. We slept with the windows wide open and had the fresh air steaming in. It was so quiet! The breakfast was superb. They had everything you could want and it was delicious. I would definitely return to this hotel.
This is a neat and quirky hotel with an excellent location. To get to your room with luggage can be a challenge. Very, very narrow spiral stairs....like climbing a ship's loft. We had an excellent view of the sea and slept well. Was a fun place to stay, but avoid if you are not up to the climbing challenge. We lucked out and found free parking on the street. Neighborhood is very safe.

We normally stay prior to catching the Ouistreham (Caen)/ Portsmouth ferry. This year we stayed for two nights and had a good tour around the D.Day battlefields. The Le Saint Georges survived the onslaught,it is traditional French chateau style, with character,(don't expect modern Ibis style) . Our room was spotless with ensuite, very comfortable bed, wifi etc, with a beautiful view of Sword beach. Lovely garden to the rear with parking. The restaurant is a beautiful area and the food is fabulous with excellent staff.
