While the staff was super friendly, we asked for the top floor/5th floor (twice)-when we checked in, they said it was close but they took care of us and made sure we wouldn’t have the noise from kids running above us or outside traffic; they placed us on the second floor closest to the street. Our shower had mold/discoloration in it, the AC didn’t work, there was stuff on the floor from the previous occupants, the TP holder was all rusty and the sink was clogged. We have stayed in SpringHill Suites before and always had a wonderful experience-not sure what happened to this property.

My thermostat in the room screen was completely broken so you could not see anything on it. The room was cold when I checked in so I pushed the heat up button 20 plus times to heat the room up and got in the bed and went to sleep. Only to wake up to a freezing cold room.

The front desk staff were very polite and kind. My room was not ready at the 4 pm check in time because the management had allowed several late check outs that day. When I arrived to check in, several guests were waiting to check into the same room type. The front desk agent said she would call me when my room was ready. The room was ready around 90 minutes later and she did call to let me know. The room was clean but we could smell cigarette smoke through the entire night/morning. Breakfast buffet was good.

Ive stayed at this particular Springhill numerous times, and my experiences were great. Its been a little while since Ive stayed here. I have to say that I was disappointed how it has gone downhill. The sink in the bathroom and the tub were backed up. If you opened the water even a little bit in the sink you couldn't rinse your hands because the sink was full of water. We couldn't take a shower because it was like taking a bath because the water backed up so bad.The good thing was it was just an overnight stay, and to top it off my son and I was stuck on the elevator for a few minutes. Needless to say this was probably my last time staying at this Springhill...

I was staying at the hotel for a weekend of relaxation, but unfortunately there were children running up and down the stairways all day and night. The elevator was broken so had to take the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor, and the bed was so uncomfortable. So I cut my stay short

Air conditioning and fan didn't work, and most importantly both elevators were broken. I’m old and recently had knee surgery, this was not easy as we were there 3 days. Still broken when we left.

The first room we were put in didn’t have a working shower. So we had to move everything again which was difficult given our accessibility issues. The second room had a working shower but the shower head had leaks spraying water everywhere. The second room was also not totally clean.

Stayed at SpringHill Suites while in town for Thanksgiving. Everyone was very friendly, and having different options for breakfast every day was a great surprise. Our room was very big and had everything we needed. Small downside is that it wasn't very sound proof, but we had a noise machine and that turned out fine.

It was unfortunate that there wasn't enough staff available to accommodate the amount of guests staying during the Thanksgiving holiday; however, they were all very nice, patient and hospitable with everyone. I was not aware that pets were allowed at the facility and I'm allergic to the cute pets that were there. Would have been nice to have extra wash clothes and towels automatically available, especially since the cleaning staff's services were going to be limited on Thanksgiving.

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly however there is definitely room for improvement. The shower curtains and ice buckets had mold. When we asked for another ice bucket the receptionist stated that they didn't have any. The towels didn't smell fresh and honestly smelled like urine, so we just used our own. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable because they have that "swamp" affect....there is NO firmness to the beds at AT ALL. The pool area is nice and the breakfast is nice too. However, on our last day at breakfast a roach crawled right across the table and we got up and just left. It isn't an unfriendly environment but it just wasn't worth the money that we spent.
