I stayed at your Virginia Beach location. It was not a pleasant experience. Only had one elevator while doing construction, and hosting a retreat. I have RA had to wait 30 min for an elevators. Staff was rude. Their biggest excuses is that they were under staffed. NOT MY PROBLEM when we paid good money to stay there. The room was dirty. I wish we stayed somewhere else. We will not come back it a shame because the next 4 years I will have to frequent the area.

VERY clean and fancy like. Hallways smelled amazing and clean!! Beds were cozy and not as firm as many others (thankfully!!). We only stayed one night as we were making our trek home, but this could definitely be a longer vacation stop next time! Only complaint is getting in and out of the parking garage and paying for parking. Our truck almost couldn’t make the turn out and there would have been no way to back up as it was a tight turn.

The front desk was very friendly. The rooms were not ready though. It took awhile. But they did make up for it by treated us to dinner in their restaurant. By the time we were finished our room was ready.

Valet service sucks. No microwave. No ice machine on our floor and had to go to another floor. Only one of the elevators are working so we had to wait a long time and just ended up taking the stairs. One of the shampoo bottles in the shower got a white hair on the pump, nasty. The guy that was managing valet services is very rude. Overall not a good experience for the price i paid. Not coming back here.

Did not like that yhe ice machine on our floor did not have any ice the whole time we were there , also the hot water in the bathroom took 15 minutes of running to become hot. Other than that our stay was great.

Everything was fantastic! The only cons were the room thermostat kept changing on its on to a cooler temperature and it was really cold in the room throughout the night. It took two hours for it to adjust, right when it was time to get up and leave. The other, the parking garage only allows vehicles under 7ft tall. If you are driving a company work truck you have no where to park.

Rude Customer Service
The front desk supervisor was rude and lacked empathy, she continued to be negative in reminding me of what she couldn’t do for me at 12pm at night when attempting to check in. I had to stay positive as I have hotel management experience and try to resolve the issues as though I was training her? For some reason my CC would go through that night and had to go else where however the very next morning the charges appeared on my card? I’m glad it didn’t work out with Sheraton with such rude service I wouldn’t have been happy anyways.

The staffs were very wlcming. However due the issue with kitchen, there was a smell in the lobby that was kind of unbearable. Also, i paid for breakfast but since the kitchen wasn't not working, hence, i didn't and there was no other alternative. What happened with the breakfast fees that i paid? Will it be returned to me? I won't return. I reserved a 1 room suite got a standard room. When I brought it to their attention nothing but a shoulder shrug. I prepaid an uncharged room that I did not get. They pumped a fragrance thru the building to cover up the smell of sewage in parts of the building. This however caused me to have respiratory issues and what was to be a vacation is now a medical leave. Will not be ever returning.

Very nice hotel. Nice swimming pool and easy access to the beach. Staff very friendly. Safe, quiet area. Very tiny balconies enough room for only 2 people.

Good Morning, My family and I came to vacation for the weekend at Sheraton Virgina beach for our last vacation before summer ends on labor day weekend 2023. We just checked out. Although we had a great stay and the view from room was spectacular we did encounter some issues. The carpet was wet. Not sure why but it was damp the entire time. There was mold and stains on pillows and sheets. Please see pictures below. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I know that Sheraton has a prestine standard and we expected much better especially at the price we paid. I hope this matter can be resolved because the location is prestinevand property overall is nice but it does need morevarrention to detail wirh cleanliness espeicially at the hefty price we paid.

Room was dirty staff was rude. Had troubles with expedia reservation took over an hour to get through the check in Process. The hotel claimed to not receive the request from Expedia. Spent alot of time on phone with expedia and going back and forth with hotel staff. Very stressful check in process. Then was given a crappy room. Requested and payed for ocean view but didnt get that. I believe we got tye worst room in the place… Bed was comfy. That was all. Would have much rather got a different hotel. Would not recommend staying here.
