I stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel decent. The only cons were the indoor pool had ants where the table was located and the rooms hd some suspicious stains on the rug near the bed and on the ceiling ( it looked like BBQ sauce on the wood panels). The staff was nice and helpful with any questions I had. The parking deck was across the street and I felt safe walking and parking.

The view was excellent. I will definitely be staying again. Do not expect a continental breakfast. Other than that, I loved the stay.

The parking was in a garage across the street but the $5/day that covers you in and out was convenient. Very clean and we enjoyed the pool. It would have been even better if the pool was a little warmer while it’s still 55 degrees out.

Fantastic location - all rooms seem to have a balcony and ocean view. Comfy beds and bedding, quiet (visited in Feb). I would definitely come back

The team was very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Only one slight issue was on the first morning we had cold water in our shower. Mentioned it to the front desk and he explained the situation and it was fine the rest of the mornings. The heating controls could be programmed better for a guest to work. Room got to hot when turning temperature back. One room had TV issue of picture going on and off. It happened on different channels. Otherwise, good place to stay! Breakfast was filling, bar was good (a little pricey on some drinks), cookies were a welcome treat on the way in!!!

A quick Christmas trip to Virginia Beach
The hotel was nice and clean with good location right on the ocean front. However, we had a bad experience on Christmas eve when the fire alarm suddenly went off in our room for several time. It almost midnight and we had to call the front desk to report and asked someone come to check and turn the alarm off. They sent a guy up and he didn't really solve the problem. He said he will be back but he didn't while we were waiting and expecting him to come back. The alarm went off again and we couldn't sleep. We called the front desk one more time and the lady attitude was kinda rude. There was no apology at all and she told us to come down to pick up keys to a different room. We were very tired already and had to move all of our stuff to a different room late at night without any help or at least an apology. We were expecting the situation to be handled more professionally. It was ashame because we like the hotel, the view and the room, the customer service need to be better in our opinion.

Excpetionally clean and well appointed. Valet parking or you can park across the street behind a gift store that was a bit inconvenient but otherwise a great stay
