“Not bad for a stop along the way”

A bit noisy at night as many people congregated outside lobby area for a few hours. Matresses were tossed aside outside pool area which was a little disconcerting so changed mind about using pool. Room was clean and bed was comfy! Breakfast looked nice and office staff was friendly enuf.

Everyone drives extremely fast so belt up!

“Not bad”

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was nice. The gas station near by, stay away. The pool was nice. They let us stay a little past the check out time with no problem too.

“Very disappointed. Had family staying at another Ramada 3 miles away and conditions just as bad.”

I have never been disappointed in my hotel stays but this was very bad. The location, across fom the mall and movies and interstate was great but the condition from inside out was very poor.

“Just Okay.”

The Ramada Limited in Norfolk was just okay. It was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. It is located near a lot of shopping and eating places which is helpful. So if you just want a clean room and and decent comfortable bed - this place would do. Definitely not a luxury hotel.

“Not too impressed”

Hotel was not as described with no swimming pool. Breakfast was not served to customers because we were 5 minutes late.

“I would choose another spot next time.”

It could have been a bit cleaner. sufficient for one night. Our room faced a dumpster. got what we paid for. will look for another place if I go back top the area.

“Will not return.”

We cancelled the 2nd night because our son was ill. Without our knowledge the manager ? went to our room and questioned our son. Our son was very upset and so were me and my wife when we found out. Because of that we will not stay here again.

“Disappointed”

Room needed complete updating. Even the headboard was worn out. Furniture had finish worn off of the corners & tops. Remote for the TV was so worn that I could not read the numbers or functions. Mirror was broken & missing. Sheets were old & stained. Worst hotel that I have stayed at in many years.
