Loved this property.Staff was really great and accommodating. The theater and inside pool were a plus for rainy days. Views were awesome from the room.

We thought the staff was outstanding. The property needs work. The towels had a terrible smell. The bathroom was rusting and the wood on the counter was peeling. All of the carpeting looks very dirty. We know some of this is sand, but it does not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the place.

The hotel is dated, needs sprucing up. One elevator down for our stay, Pool area was dirty. The beds were comfortable and clean. Italian restaurant was closed. Breakfast buffet was fair.

Everyone in the hotel staff was so genuinely nice and helpful!…even down to a simple thing like noticing that you are coming down the hallway and holding the elevator for you! Truly seemed like they love what they do! The views from my room were breathtaking and the space and amenities in the room was amazing. Everyone has to try their lazy river pool! Great location in walking distance to stores, restaurants, and entertainment! Definitely coming back!!!

We were there for the polar plunge the staff was unbelievable nice and kind to us the lazy river and hot tub was a nice surprise we I will definitely be coming back to stay

I didn't like not being able to reach the front desk from the hotel room phone, I used my cell phone each time. Even then, the phone always rang for minutes as no one was available to pick up calls.

Fabulous stay!
This location is awesome. Beautiful views. Staff was incredible, very friendly, professional, and courteous. Rooms were great. A few of the outlets didn't work but other than that, was clean, plenty of pillows, and they have Dove products!

The kids loved the indoor pool/lazy river. The outdoor was closed for the season but we still had a nice stay. Room was clean and even though the front desk made a mistake and double charged my card they made sure to fix the issue.

First time staying at this property. I love the north end of the beach, it’s much quieter. Although it was too cold to swim, they have two great pools. One is called the lazy river. I will most definitely be back.

Great stay, great location.
Great location just at the end of the boardwalk, far enough away to be quiet and close enough to be near everything. Theres a big parking garage across the street which is a huge plus. Oceanfront room was very spacious, big balcony. Basic amenities, clean, friendly. I would stay again
