“Construction going on Should tell Consumer before booking”
Totally disappointed with the whole experience. Upon arrival, found out that pool was closed for renovations, and to go to other hotels for swimming. Parking lot was full of barriers for construction when construction was during the week and not the weekend. Breakfast was slow and there was NO Buffett and the cook was the server.

Not the best but not the worst - The comfot inn next door was alot nicer looking inside. Probably wont stay there again

Pros: 1) room was quite clean and comfortable, except for a stained easy chair (unsightly) 2) good location, right next to a lot of the sites and stuff on Atlantic Ave strip 3) staff was friendly and helpful Cons: 1) Crowded, they seemed understaffed 2) 1st room I was given turned out to be occupied (scary when the guy slammed the door in my face) - you realize that this is the computer age, right? 3) 2nd room was smoky and I asked for a non-smoking room - good job guys 3) Room service was poor, in terms of timeliness and, well, basics (no butter for pancakes and 20 minutes late when I have to check out at 11? um, ok) 4) Two little soaps and no shampoo, yeah, ok - cheapskates I recommend with hesitation.
“Great Value!”
This was the perfect hotel for a mini getaway ! Located right in the center of everything and right on the beach! There is nothing very fancy about the hotel but it is clean, staff is friendly, and it has a great location. My only complaint was about room service, don't waste your time, took triple the amount of time they said it would and the order was wrong. They did give it to us for free but I would rather have not wasted 1.5 hours of beach time waiting on an English muffin and a waffle.

My husband and I were headed to town for a baby shower and a commisioning of an officer. We figured we would stay at this hotel and enjoy the resturant and bar featured on the site. This way we could enjoy dinner and a couple of drinks and not worry about going anywhere. We are fairly new parents and its nice to get away and enjoy each other when we can. which by the way is rare! I was sooooo disappionted when we got there and the resturant and bar were under construction. I understand that these things do happen but they could inform you of this on the site or when you make reservation. They did however provide coupons for resturants within walking distance. parking is a bit difficult. the construction workers had most of the lot. over all this is a nice hotel and I would go back. I missed the completion of the renovations by one weekend.

“terrible”
I would not go back. I would not recommends this hotel to anyone. The hotel and the general manger are theives. I booked a room with full breakfast. What was served was not even a fit continental breakfast. Not enough parking spaces so they have you double park and then take your keys and give you a stub saying they are not responsible for damage or theft.
“Nice beachfront Hotel”
We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Nothing great - but certainly no complaints. It is centrally located to shopping and Restaurants. Right on beach. We were dissapointed that the Restaurant in the Hotel was closed for renovation but so be good places in area to eat who can complain. The parking is very restrictive but you find this at most of the beach front hotels.
